Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Moonblast
- Calm Mind

Pretty easy stuff here. Calm mind on a forced switch on Garg / Ferro and then go to town. Booster is here as well because that allows you to outspeed Lando. Tera ghost shadow ball is here to 1. Not get worn down by salt cure as easily + get rkilled by a scarf Lando but also helps against ghost Ferro. Checkmate, boppy.

+1 252 SpA Iron Valiant Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 216 SpD Ferrothorn: 408-482 (115.9 - 136.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

+1 252 SpA Tera Ghost Iron Valiant Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP / 216 SpD Tera Ghost Ferrothorn: 272-324 (77.2 - 92%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

0 Atk Tera Ghost Ferrothorn Power Whip vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tera Ghost Iron Valiant: 135-159 (46.7 - 55%) -- 64.5% chance to 2HKO

+1 252 SpA Iron Valiant Moonblast vs. 152 HP / 0 SpD Landorus-Therian: 264-312 (73.9 - 87.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

68 Atk Landorus-Therian Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Iron Valiant: 171-202 (59.1 - 69.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Although it may seem like Tera ghost Ferro may win after Lando chips it, note that Ival can then setup, kill the Lando at +2, and then make a very risky 50/50 that can just end the game.

i did not maximize EVs i just dumped everything into defense while keeping the standard 220 speed total.
tera type could be ghost or anything else that at least neutral to steel. fairy seems good for more broad applications than this, though, such as bp/knock ferro.
i tested it multiple ways with multiple 1v1 scenarios. you PP stall gyro ball pretty easily and nothing else can touch you except landorus EQ. you can muscle through anything if landorus hits you at all when you fairy tera. garg is borderline useless here and just gets set up on. salt cure probably won't do enough tick damage unless garg gets a lucky double protect and your sub is down while on super low HP. if garg teras dragon you will do more damage with body press once at +3 and up from stamina vs dragon pulse. otherwise, you can comfortably PP stall it behind sub with flash/pulse.

Pretty self- explanatory here, Eruption/Magma Storm on heatran is a forced switch/ Tera on Ferrothorn, Magma Storm chip does decent damage on lando after the attack. Air balloon to not get ko’d by EQ. Tera grass to stop leech seed, reduce chip from salt cure and resist EQ. flashcannon for the garganacl. Dpulse for dragon Tera. if you don’t think two fire moves are necessary use Tera grass tera blast for super effective dmg on garganacl and tera water lando T. you might need rocks if you want to make sure you get the KO. Taunt to stop garg and ferro from functioning. Taunt is also to stop protect and recover allowing Dragon Pulse to 3HKO tera dragon garganacl. You might want eruption AND magma storm in case magma storm isn’t strong enough or in case the HP is too low to use eruption. Flame Body can burn lando on its u-turn and burn ferrothorn. Rocks for the hazards that’s all. Earth Power is more helpful for your team but STAB boosted flash cannon is stronger.

(The spread is to eat a Wetpon's Cudgle after rocks, and speed to outcreep modest Tran, which are two common partners for the core. Thx Ineros.)

This is as linear as you can get with a submission, tbh. What is a more obvious answer to a core that banks off their priority than the priority blocking, psychic spamming queen of NDOU. AV allows Lele to stomach a few raw Tbolts from Bolt, and knowing that MSciz is CC it can come in on it as freely as possible (srsly, CC does 14% max).

After you come in on any of them, just click the move that is super effective into them and watch them get utterly evaporated as they desperatly try to lay a finger on you.

I personally like heat crash on gouging just because I don't like the recoil, either works well enough for this though.

You just have to click big buttons.

Get Gouging in on msciz, dd once, then click fire move if msciz stays in. Then bolt comes out, tera ground eq. If msciz switched out, tera ground eq then fire move on msciz when it comes back in.

Bolt can never attack you because you outspeed and ohko, and it can't tera because of z. The most damage they can do is cc into gouging for 30% while you dd, hard bolt on hcrash/flare blitz, bolt dies to tera ground eq next turn, then msciz comes back in and does 22 to ground gouging with bpunch and dies to fire move.

Might not even need to tera if you manage to get +1 gouge in front of bolt with bolt having <70% hp and gouging being able to take 18% chip from tclap.
