Aeroblacktyl helps out a noob. (OU RMT)
Firstly, please just keep in mind that Aeroblacktyl made this team, me making minor changes along the way for Battling 101. I'm in no way a good battler, but this team has worked very well, and I'll do my best to describe it. :D I'm also not too great at RMTs, as this is my second one total, and I haven't made on in a really long time.

Dragonite (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Speed
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Dragon Dance
- Thunder/Thunderbolt
- Outrage
- Earthquake
---
I honestly love this thing. Lead Dragonite is amazing. After Jolly Dragon Dance 'Nite was outclassed, this came up. It does a great job of taking out a lot of leads, without a DD. It's a lot of prediction. If you can get a Super Effective on a lead, don't DD, and hit it. If you can't, either use Outrage to kill it for DD up to get a good early sweep. A bit risky, though.
Tyranitar (F) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk/24 Speed/232 SAtk
Brave nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Pursuit
- Flamethrower
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
---
The goal of this Tyranitar is to make the opponent think it's Choice Banded, then to hit whatever switches in. Very nice. Just the standard moveset for good coverage, Brave for mixed, and the 24 speed EVs to outspeed the likes of Blissey, I believe.
Bronzong @ Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/152 Atk/8 Def/96 SDef
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball/Light Screen
- Reflect/Light Screen
- Explosion
---
SupportZong. Reflect and Light Clay helps this team a lot since it doesn't have any solid Physical walls, and a lot of Pokemon that die to Physical. Sets up SR and Reflect, then either dies by Explosion, or Gyro Balls things that are weak already.
Vaporeon (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 188 HP/252 Def/68 Speed
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Wish
- Ice Beam/HP Electric
- Surf
- Protect
---
Another standard. Great for annoying those bulky waters. Wish and Proctect is quite annoying as well, and Protect is also good for scouting. Surf and Ice Beam for coverage.
Scizor (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 32 HP/252 Atk/224 Speed (More speed EVs like 228?)
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- X-Scissor
- Bullet Punch
- Quick Attack/Super Power
---
Ah, priority sweeping Scizor. Does an amazing job without a SD boost, as well. Not much to say here, but Scizor is great for medium/late game, as non-SD boosted priority attacks can take out already weak things with the help of rocks.
Zapdos @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP/252 Speed/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Heat Wave
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Thunderbolt
- Roost
---
And finally, Zapdos, my favorite pokemon on this team. LO 252/252 Roost HP Grass Zapdos doesn't get walled by anything. (I think. D:) Hidden Power grass is quite the surprise for Ground/Bulky Waters. :D
Overall, I love this team, but I do believe it has a lot of issues that I haven't found, or am too inexperienced to find. So, help is awesome. :D
