Zacian is one of Ubers UU's best late-game cleaners and wallbreakers thanks to Intrepid Sword, its good Attack and Speed, decent bulk for an offensive threat, and its deep coverage movepool. Close Combat targets Pokemon like Zamazenta-C and Dialga. Zacian's last moveslot is relatively flexible; Tera Blast is generally preferred with either Tera Fire or Ground to hit Pokemon like Magearna, Solgaleo, Arceus-Fire, and Skarmory, although if they are not an issue, Psychic Fangs to hit Arceus-Poison and Toxapex without having to Terstallize and Crunch to hit Deoxys and Mewtwo are viable options. Tera Fire and Ground also provide immunities to burns and Thunder Wave, respectively. If Zacian is running Crunch, Tera Dark can be used to boost said move and provide an immunity to Psychic-type attacks from the likes of Deoxys and Mewtwo. Heavy-Duty Boots allows Zacian to stay healthy and be great in the Sticky Web matchup. Zacian best fits on offensive teams looking for a solid late-game cleaner. Zacian struggles against bulkier, physically defensive Pokemon like Magearna, Skarmory, and Toxapex, so Pokemon like Chi-Yu, Deoxys, and Arceus-Dark that can handle these threats are helpful to have. Zacian has four-moveslot syndrome, so it also appreciates support from teammates like Landorus-T and Chi-Yu that can deal with the Pokemon that Zacian can't hit, like Arceus-Fire and Skarmory. Pokemon like Choice Specs Kyurem-W, Mewtwo, and Giratina like having Zacian threaten out Pokemon they struggle against like Palkia-O and Kingambit. Entry hazard support from the likes of Deoxys and Dialga helps wear down Zacian's checks, allowing it to function as a more threatening cleaner; in return, Zacian removes Pokemon they have problems with like Kingambit, Palkia-O, and Arceus-Dark for them. Pivoting from the likes of Magearna, Landorus-T, Solgaleo, and Cyclizar gives Zacian a safe opportunity to set up Swords Dance; the later can also potentially pass Zacian a free Substitute with Shed Tail.

I think it'd be good to mention that Zacian partially works so well as a late game cleaner because of its unusually high bulk for such a threatening sweeper. Heavy Duty Boots is so good on it because you can preserve that bulk by avoiding hazards. HDB also is very good into the webs MU as it's likely that Zacian will outspeed the opponent's entire team. Putting this as a comment cause it's ultimately up to you to write the analysis and I don't want to infringe on your writing.
