Stats: 71/107/75/107/70/100 (HP/Atk/Def/SpA/SpD/Spe)
Abilities: Lightning Rod / Solar Power / Long Reach (HA)
DEX ENTRY 1: It uses elements from weather events to charge its psychic powers. It can launch its lightning rods at mach speed if its powers have charged enough.
DEX ENTRY 2: The thunder from rain and the harsh sun from hot days charge this Pokemon's kinetic powers. It is also excellent at javelin throwing using its lightning rods as javelins. (unintentional Magic the Gathering reference, lol)
