analysis: i have not listened to music enough outside of exercise this year & it really shows lmao*. top 3 artists are p much as expected & grandson being there is a cool surprise. my biggest issue is w/ imagine dragons getting #5 bc that is literally fake news & they have maybe 3 good songs. wtf spotify. i demand a recount.

*if anyone could explain to me how to make a good playlist for casual and/or social listening that would be much appreciated

Imagine dragons at #5 is a fat L rip

I WILL SAY though that my top 5 isn’t very representative bc the way I listen to music means I play one song or album on a loop for anything from 1 day to 2–3 weeks before listening to smth else, meaning there’s quite a bit of skew. The only thing that’s consistently high-plays on there is Kikuo, tho I expect Necry Talkie will have likely joined him by next yr.

Kinda shocked at 4 and 5—I haven’t listened to Waggaki Band since March, and I really don’t listen to more than one or two Mikito P songs on Spotify. Waggaki Band I guess can be explained by it being backlog from when I still travelled to/from work and my FGC locals, but I have no clue about Mikito P.
