I'd like to try out with Tentacruel if it's ok.

No requirement other than having sufficient knowledge about the pokemon / metagame and QC will help you out with anything.

I believe the OP is fully updated now. The (EP) tags are now dropped, so some previously locked Pokemon are now open. Make sure you continue to follow the rule regarding Pokemon with (BH), however, as that still stands and will continue to stand.

Some people have reserved Pokemon for quite some time now and have yet to post their skeletons. Please, do not continue to put your reservations on the backburner. If you can't do it, that's fine, just post in this thread saying you give it up so someone more willing can take it over. You know who you are.

Having said that, keep up the excellent work team!

Bah. I'm rather worried about my lack of having done one of these before, but regardless:
I'm going to attempt cofagrigus... Good practice on a pokemon that has a decent niche in the metagame.

I'm going to take Bronzong over cofagrigus. With my discovery that Mega kangaskhan is now gone, cofagrigus finds himself without reason to be in OU other than suicide itself to remove the ability of physical sweepers.
