Why doesn't anyone use Morning Sun on Tangrowth?

<3 Leech Seed, IMO, and the Gamecube games are a PITA to play through. That being said, <shameless plug> I've got plenty of Impish Tangelas with Leech seed on my trade thread that have double/triple flawless IVs.
 
It's a pain to find good Nature/IV pokemon on XD/Colosseum, it makes even good stuff like BP Zapdos/Hypno or legendaries dogs being underused.
 
So am I now. But it was just the weirdest thing at the back of my mind - somehow I convinced myself that the Morning Sun Tangela was pointless because you could breed for Synthesis anyway, and when I went back to check, I discovered that you couldn't breed for it.
 
So do I oO, anyway I've got a Relaxed Tangela with Morning Sun, I didn't realise I had it ^^

I will keep it if someday it gets any use, hehe..

I guess the reason why nobody suggests Morning Sun on Tangrowth is because of no moveslot for it, with Sleep Powder, Leech Seed, Knock Off and Power Whip you don't have any free slot for it.

Abomasnow doesn't really suck, it can cause some great problems if you're not prepared to deal with it.

And IMO, even if Morning Sun (or Synthesis) was easier to get, it still wouldn't be a good move, for all the reason mentioned previously. Cresselia is a good example. An amazing wall that's usually running RestTalk because Moonlight gets ruined by Sandstorm.
 
Short answer: Tyranitar.

Long answer, from the analysis: As mentioned in the Sleep Talk set, Tangrowth can get Morning Sun (purificiate the Tangela in Pokemon XD), but you will miss out on all of its egg moves (like Leech Seed) and you will be hard-pressed to get it to work properly with Sand Stream being as common as it is.
