The only dimensions mentioned were Ultra Space and Alola (via the Ultra Wormhole). Ultra Necrozma is obviously not infinitely bright or else it wouldn't have run out of light. Meanwhile Lanturn has never canonically run out of light so Lanturn is stronger than Ultra Necrozma canonically.

Also please reread my last post as I have added more USUM quotes about Ultra Necrozma/Ultra Space.

It says in the quote that necrozma stole their light. Also if Lanturn produces a shit ton of light, then couldn’t necrozma theoretically absorb it?

Is it stealing if you gave someone some money, then they tried to rob you of all your money and now you have no money, so you take your original money back? Either way there's nothing to suggest that Ultra Space had any natural light to begin with. Meanwhile the light that Alola got is mostly explained as the totem auras and not dependent on Necrozma as a light source.

Also Necrozma is also limited in how much light it can absorb. As Ultra Necrozma, it has reached its limit and is forced to expel its light through laser beams as seen in "Light that Burns the Sky".

Pokedex entries:
" This is its form when it has absorbed overwhelming light energy. It fires laser beams from all over its body. "
" The light pouring out from all over its body affects living things and nature, impacting them in various ways. "

It has light pouring OUT from its body, so Ultra Necrozma is not absorbing or retaining any more light. Therefore Ultra Necrozma has a confirmed limit on how much light it can absorb and expel while Lanturn has no such bounds.

Also the Pokemon Sun and Moon website has confirmed that Ultra Necrozma is only 10,000 degrees fahrenheit which is weaker than Magcargo's 18,000 degrees. Therefore a tag team of Lanturn + Magcargo is superior to Ultra Necrozma in every canonical way. Johto for life.

EDIT: Also Ultra Necrozma laser beams only shoot 18 miles away (in the air) while Lanturn can fire light 3 miles away in water, which as explained is much much much harder for light to travel through than air.
 
Jirachi can grant wishes. It could just wish you out of existence.
Celebi can time travel to before you were born and prevent your birth.
Victini has infinite energy. That’s more energy than lanturn.
Mew has the dna of all Pokémon. If you assume that the above examples are biological, then mew would be the most powerful Pokémon.
