I think it would look better in battle if there was weather animation. Like I would prefer to have

The rain in the first one is moving while the rain in showdown is just standing still. I am not only talking about rain. Sun, hail, sandstorm, all the weather does not move. So I think that it would be more cool or eye catching if you were to add animated weather or something on the lines of that. It would be so much better if there was animated weather and I have a few examples:
If you were to add weather that looked like that or better, it would look so much better in battle.
