can I have bellibolt (I know its basically negative priority but I wanted to give it a try), and if not how successful do I have to make it to get it to be available?

Hey sorry we have been busy, you can continue working on regulation H stuff if you would like to finish them but if you do not want to let me know and I can archive the sets.
