Uxie can pull of a decent Sub CM set with Giga Drain and Psychic, actually. Pivot into setup bait, set up a Sub, get off a CM or two, and sweep. Sponges attacks easily and hits surprisingly hard. I use it on my team to wreck teams that can't set up Toxic before I Sub. I get beaten by Chansey and Dark-types not named Crawdaunt, but Chansey dies to Lando-T and Darks get beaten by him as well.

It's also extremely non-threatening until it gets like 3 turns of setup, and even then that coverage is really bad. I honestly can't think of a reason to run this thing outside of being a hipster.

A Rain Dance set could be a niche set. The existance of Politoed mostly outshines it, but Rain Dance+Memento is a great move combination that can easily bring in something like MSwampert or Manaphy and let them wreck havoc.

Azelf does the exact same thing with more speed so it doesn't give Garchomp a free SD or auto-lose to Terrakion (bulk difference doesn't matter of you're suiciding anyway).

much better picks than Uxie in there imo

As I said, you run her if you want a ground-immune, bulky Psychic-type, but you need Uxie's superior movepool, and can heal her Rest which TBH, isn't as niche as you would think.
