shouldn't weavile also be projected to drop from ou to uu? it has a 4.449% usage rate, the regular cutoff is 4.52%

It would be disingenuous to project changes that are going to be based on an average of 3 months by overvaluing the older meta.

Bad enough ladder is STILL running this non-mon despite how terrible and unviable it is,
It's almost worse that this is getting so much usage. Not far behind Mega Tar, who is actually really good, while base sucks bad. I guess I'll never understand ladder. .-.
Projected changes inclusive of ZU + SU could include the following:
- Could move from SU to ZU: Articuno, Braviary, Cramorant, Cryogonal, Alolan Dugtrio, Floatzel, Houndoom, Mismagius, Muk, Palossand, Rabsca, Rotom, Sableye, Shaymin, Spiritomb, Toxicroak
- Could move from NFE to ZU: Dipplin, Magneton, Piloswine
- Could move from ZU to SUBL: Clawitzer
- Could move from ZU to SU: Drifblim, Farigiraf, Sceptile, Shiftry, Virizion
Damn this is like the entire PU meta, that tier is going places soon
On another note UU finally gets a usable fire type, and looses the main Scizor check. Washtom stocks are looking really good rn.

5 more days until October tier shifts! Well if the projected tier shifts are correct and we also consider how close weavile and meowscarda are to dropping as well...let's just say uu is kind of screwed. This is a scary amount of pokemon potentially dropping to uu and zapdos leaving is a problem as well as it is the best counter to the scariest revenge/priority killer in the tier lokix. Maybe uu will attempt to ban lokix and I wouldn't blame them. The only 2 real counters that seem to be dropping to uu are skarmory and heatran but both are usually on defensive teams which is only 1 archetype when lokix can probably destroy multiple
Heatran is a famously versatile mon that can fit on a huge array of teams and Skarmory can get by on spikes teams. While Zapdos may be departing it's going to hate the fiery frog even more than the Thunderbird.
