Data Usage-Based Tier Update for July 2023

Forgot to post this in the last thread, but for anyone interested in Subzero Used, an unofficial tier below ZU, here are our changes:
Sliggoo-Hisui rose from SUBL to NU
Drizzile rose from SUBL to ZU
Hypno rose from SUBL to ZU
Thwackey rose from SUBL to ZU
Bramblin rose from SU to ZU
Mudbray rose from SU to ZU
Pikachu rose from SU to ZU
Grimer-Alola rose from NFE to ZU
Eiscue dropped from ZU to SU
Gastly dropped from ZU to SU
Glalie dropped from ZU to SU
Kricketune dropped from ZU to SU
Krokorok dropped from ZU to SU
Pawniard dropped from ZU to SU
Pincurchin dropped from ZU to SU
Seviper dropped from ZU to SU
Slaking dropped from ZU to SU
Sneasel dropped from ZU to SU
Tropius dropped from ZU to SU

-Setting up hazards
-Actually has really good qualities being part of the hazards metagame like being a special attacker for Glimmora and Great Tusk, being electric for Samurott-H and Corviknight, and having Earthpower for Gholdango
-Bulk it very noticeably larger
-Has Protosynthesis and it fast enough to outspeed unboosted metagame

ok, fair enough. 85/97/85 defenses compared to 75/70/80 defenses is big
 
How are people still saying Treads should be in UU, home made it a lot better since it can 1v1 the common heatwaveless Zapdos and spin on it which Tusk cannot do for example. It’s better speed tier also helps it find a niche on HO as a decent spinner as well as still carrying the utility of knock off that Tusk has. The time for Treads slander has to stop, it is no longer the OU equivalent of UU holding on to Forretress.

We need to go lower. How about the FU tier? Pretty self-explanatory, stands for F*** You. A tier where delibird dominates.

Heat wave had around 30%ish usage at high ladder iirc last month, which is stlll common enough to be a threat for Treads to fear. Its only real niche worth acknowledging is on those HO teams as a lead, but even then it still isn't good enough tp be above the usage cut off to remain OU.
