Since Trainer AU is dead and the concept of this thread was pretty cool, I've volunteered to take it over. The BOTW is simple; every week, players will vote for two players that they wish to spar in any generation of Ubers (even obscure, archaic ones such as GSC and RBY). After each round of voting, said players will duke it out on PS! in however many matches they want in whatever generations they wish to play, then post replay(s) of the game(s) in this thread. Only vote for players at first, not the tiers the players will play. The players chosen to fight will then state the tiers they wish to play, and then we will vote on those. This is all to avoid people playing in generations they don't want to and not really giving their all.

General Stuff-
Please only vote for active players. It is fine to vote for players that are skilled in other tiers but might not necessarily main in ubers, but if you know the player hasn't been around for a while, please don't vote for them. Additionally, please refrain from using joke teams. The purpose of the BOTW is to educate newer players with entertaining matches, and we will not be helping anyone learn this tier if everyone spams Stunfisk (sorry Sweep). Acceptable gimmicks are fine in moderation, especially if the player voted for is known for using and winning with them (e.g: Kebabe, Piexplode, Edgar), but obvious jokes such as a team with six choiced Pokemon or an LC team will not be tolerated. If we get too many of these, I reserve the right to shut down this thread. Additionally, don't vote for players that aren't that experienced; since the BOTW's main purpose is to educate newer users with high-level matches that they can vote for, it would be detrimental to have two inexperienced users fight each other in a game where nobody learns anything. Spamvoting will not be tolerated. Also, don't vote for people that explicitly request not to play. If you get voted for and don't wish to play in this, please post so in the thread. Don't vote for yourself; this thread is community-driven, so ideally other members of the community will want to see you play, not just yourself! Bearing all of this in mind, have fun, and let the voting begin!
