Limiting these to my top three in each category, but there's some really good stuff here. I'll say attacks is the weakest category.
Attacks:
Pressure Point, Gnarled Roots, Stanky Leg

Status Moves:
Heckle, Shock Bomb, Smoulder

Defensive Abilities:
Miracle Remedy, First Class Flyer, Tempered Glass (SV)

Transfer Pain, Pressure Point (SV), Back Kick

Night Maw, First Class Flyer, Tempered Glass

Okay guys, here are the winners!!!!
Name: Pressure Pont
Type: Psychic
Category: Physical
BP: 60
Acc: 100
PP: 24
Effect: Higher chance of critical hit compared to other moves (+1), and reset the target’s stat changes to neutral.
Discription: Useful for any wall that don’t have access to Haze, and provide effectively chip damage. The higher-than-usual rate of crit is just a bonus, but helpful if running Super Luck or Sniper.
:abra: Samtendo09 wins <70 BP move! :kadabra:
Defensive Ability
Name:
Miracle Remedy
Effect: When this Pokemon switches out, the status of the Pokemon that switches in is cured.
Permanent: No
Mold Broken: No
Justification: Provides a cleric in a generation where clerics are very limited, but forces the player to maneuver into a situation where this Pokemon can safely switch into the statused Pokemon. Has interesting synergy with Rest users, potentially making those more viable, while having antisynergy with Pokemon like Gliscor that want to be statused.
:slowking-galar: Snaquaza wins Defensive Ability! :aromatisse:
Name: Heckle
Type: Fairy
Category: Status
BP: -
Acc: 100
PP: 16
Flags: Protect, Metronome, Reflectable, Sound
Effect: Torments the target and lowers the target's evasion by 2 stages.
Discription: Torment is a cool effect that I like experimenting with. The evasion drop is designed for use with moves such as Zap Cannon and the like. Might be underpowered, willing to buff if desired.
:comfey: Jumpheart wins Status Move! :comfey:

With that, we head to the second step! This time we'll be making Pokémon that will use the elements we made! So here are a couple things to note:
  • Making new other custom elements is prohibited.
  • The Pokémon can either be a completely new Fakemon or just an existing mon that's been made to work around the custom element. Any type of change to existing Pokémon is allowed.
  • The Pokémon has to viably use its custom element, but the move/ability doesn't necessarily have to be in 100% of its sets. A Pokémon with Miracle Remedy can have another ability, just make sure to not overshadow the custom one. A Pokémon with Heckle can have a Heckle set and a set without it, it's all doable.
  • For Pressure Point and Miracle Remedy, we want a defensive Pokémon, so a wall or a tank can work well. For Heckle, it generally just needs to Not be a wallbreaker or a sweeper.
  • have fun :D

Weight: 37.8 Lbs / 17.14 KG. (about three carbinks, apparently)
Reasoning: "For Pressure Point and Miracle Remedy, we want a defensive Pokémon, so a wall or a tank can work well."
Reasoning Continued: Auruchemy deals with the simple problem of Miracle Remedy: You needed to switch out to reap the benefits. So it plays with teleport. In a pinch, Auruchemist can serve as a Sweeper stopper. It also carries Wish and Healing Wish, both being able to pair incredibly well with an ability that works on switching out.

Flavor & Fluff: Dex Entry: Auruchemy are made from the crushing of special chemicals in the air, prophesied to have came from the destruction of a Pokemon who could've created said matter in a heartbeat. Auruchemist, though, use this incredible power for good.

vetos (or.. pre-vetos. call it PRE-tos.) Stats buffed to be 545 in BST.. I guess?

Submission: Miracle Remedy.
Pokemon: Scorpure
Typing: Poison/Fairy
Base Stats: 83/85/91/95/100/55 (509)
Abilities: Miracle Remedy, Poison Heal, Corrosion
Movepool: Toxic, Venoshock, Dazzling Gleam, Refresh, Purify, Heal Order, Toxic Spikes, Venom Drench, Misty Explosion, Play Rough, Spirit Break, Strange Steam, Clear Smog, Cross Poison, Poison Jab, Poison Tail, Sludge Bomb, Incinerate, Bug Bite, Bug Buzz, Fell Stinger, Lunge, Pounce, Twineedle, X-scissor, Cut, Endure, Facade, Fake Out, Feint, Harden, Metronome, Nature Power, Protect, Refresh, Slash, Substitute, Vise Grip, Extrasensory, Heal Block, Imprison, Mirror Coat, Psybeam, Psychic Fangs, Psycho Cut, Rest, Trick Room.

Weight: 77.7kg
Competitive Role: If it wasn't a poison type, this would be a Poison Heal pokemon. It gets to be a bulky support instead, with a nice selection of poison moves and some fairy and bug coverage.
Flavor / Description: A scorpion who's venom seems to purify it's allies and chip away at it's enemies, despite using the exact same venom on both. This would have bug as a third type if possible.

No, this is not allowed. It needs to be one mon for each category, so this doesn't work.

Fixed. Unfortunate, but fair.
For the record, that was my submission for one category, the moves just happened to fit nicely with the direction and flavor I was aiming for as I was made the mon.

Description: Very weird typing but it's a Psychic that's not weak to U-Turn or Knock Off, plus Rocks resist is cool. I like the Poison Heal example that Snaq brought up for Miracle Remedy so here's something to play off of that. Maybe I shouldn't give this Slack Off but I don't like the chances of this building off of that idea and making it so easy for it to become deadweight. Gave it a bit lower of special bulk to compensate.

Pokemon: Cursear
Typing: Fire/Fairy
Abilities: Flash Fire / --- | Magic Guard
Stats: 103/67/77/108/118/97 (570)
Notable Moves: Heckle, Magma Storm, Moonblast, Toxic, Will-o-Wisp, Trick, Fire Blast, Flamethrower
Ally Switch, Body Slam, Charm, Confusion, Covet, Curse, Dazzling Gleam, Double-Edge, Draining Kiss, Echoed Voice, Ember, Endeavor, Endure, Facade, Fake Tears, Fire Blast, Fire Punch, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Flash, Fling, Giga Impact, Headbutt, Heat Wave, Heckle, Helping Hand, Hyper Beam, Hyper Voice, Incinerate, Last Resort, Leer, Magma Storm, Mega Kick, Mega Punch, Mimic, Misty Terrain, Moonblast, Mud-Slap, Natural Gift, Play Rough, Protect, Psycho Cut, Recycle, Reflect, Rest, Round, Safeguard, Shadow Ball, Sleep Talk, Snore, Solar Beam, Strength, Substitute, Sunny Day, Swift, Taunt, Telekinesis, Tera Blast, Toxic, Thief, Trick, Will-o-Wisp, Wonder Room, Work Up
Description: Heckle is on the weaker side and as such is likely one of the more difficult of these to work with, but Magma Storm seems like an awesome fit here. Both moves' secondary effects lead into one another very nicely. Didn't really want to give it too many other big utility moves as I don't want Heckle to face too much competition for a moveslot if at all possible. Tried limiting how good Trick would be with Choice items on this and even though I doubt it would end up being the case from how important Leftovers would be on this mon, I would LOVE to see Trick + Sticky Barb being used here.

Weight: 36.0 kg
Flavor: Bipedal frog. Has tongue wrapped around head like Greninja, but less of its lower head is showing. Brain-shaped top of head with needles in it. Fingers have long needles on them. Pink and green color pallet.
Competitive: 120/75/85 bulk with a fairly potent defensive typing and recovery. It also packs several utility moves such as Pressure Point, Toxic, Foul Play, Teleport, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, & Switcheroo (I guess). It also has a solid 100 Attack with SD, but its offensive moves are not very strong.

Starctocure (star + octo + cure)

Technician/miracle cure/analytic
Stats: 85/95/70/95/110/25

Meteor beam, volt switch, heart swap
Lore: starctocure resemble starmie but with longer octopus like arms that they use to navigate the sea floor. Their core is odd and metallic and emits a strange light. They often just lay and rest to recharge their core, and if a predator tries to attack them, they either pummel them with their tentacles, or shoot a odd gray light at them, incapactitating them

Abilities: Poison Point, Telepathy, Sniper
Stats: 85 | 98 | 115 | 83 | 95 | 54 [BST= 530]
Acid Spray, Amnesia, Astonish, Body Press, Bulldoze, Bullet Seed, Clear Smog, Counter, Cross Poison, Defense Curl, Dig, Double-Edge, Endure, Facade, Foul Play, Gastro Acid, Giga Impact, Gunk Shot, Headbutt, Heal Block, High Horsepower, Hyper Beam, Imprison, Knock Off, Magic Coat, Mortal Spin, Night Slash, Pin Missile, Poison Jab, Poison Tail, Pressure Point, Protect, Psybeam, Psychic, Psychic Noise, Psychic Terrain, Psyshield Bash, Psyshock, Psywave, Rest, Rock Slide, Rollout, Sand Attack, Shadow Claw, Skill Swap, Slash, Sleep Talk, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Snarl, Snore, Spike Cannon, Spiky Shield, Spite, Stone Edge, Substitute, Tackle, Take Down, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Twineedle, Venoshock, Zen Headbutt
Description: No one has done the Sniper + Pressure Point bit yet so here is the bit: the combo can let Porcupuncture get away with running pressure point as its main psychic stab, as it has a 1/8 chance to do ~2x the damage for surprise offensive pressure; helps that it has a high crit rate move for its other stab in cross poison, though it can still run gunk shot if you don't feel like gambling, which is completely fair. Outside of that Porcupuncture is a solid blockade against setup sweepers, with its good bulk and the aforementioned pressure point for stat resetting. Mortal spin is solid move compression, spreading poison to put setup sweepers on a timer and/or removing hazards, and it has spiky shield to get a little chip on the opponent or stall for recovery. Biggest weakness is relying on leftovers or teammates such as wishpassers for longevity.
Flavor: Porcupine + Acupuncture. The quills of this Pokemon contain a paralyzing poison to deter predators, but in small amounts only causes a numbing effect. Because of this, long ago its quills were used as a traditional medicine for pain relief.

Miracle Remedy
Name: Limoco
Type: Grass / Fairy
Abilities: Miracle Remedy
Stats: 105 / 110 / 95 / 70 / 65 / 65
Moves: Wood Hammer, Leaf Blade, Horn Leech, Play Rough, Spirit Break, Liquidation, Wish, Synthesis, Defog, Whirlwind, Heal Bell,
Weight: 45 kg
Flavor: Hawaiian-themed humanshape mon, with palm leaves that it uses for Defog.
Competitive: A defensive Wish passer, although I gave it Defog as well just to help ensure its relevance in an evolving meta. I don't think Miracle Remedy needs much optimization to function well so I think a little synergy with Wish, and a viable-but-also-thematic type combo is good enough.

Pressure Point
Name: Alumantis
Type: Steel / Psychic
Abilities: Sniper
Stats: 80 / 110 / 80 / 75 / 140 / 65
Moves: Pressure Point, Iron Head, Zen Headbutt, Psycho Cut, Knock Off, Sacred Sword, Leech Life, Infestation, Spikes, Acupressure, Focus Energy, Light Screen, Reflect,
Flavor: Aluminum. Mantis. Psycho Mantis!? Not Bug Type???
Competitive: A defensive Steel type with no recovery. A bloated Atk stat because its attacks are quite weak. I gave it Sniper to lean into the idea that Pressure Point can be spammed at bulky boosting Pokemon to break through any kind of stalemate.

Heckle
Name: Giladis
Typing: Poison / Rock
Abilities: Hustle | Mold Breaker (HA)
Stats: 120 / 90 / 110 / 65 / 85 / 75
Moves: Heckle, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Stone Edge, Rock Blast, Earthquake, False Surrender, Infestation, Night Shade, Dragon Tail, Stealth Rock, Baneful Bunker, Mean Look, Toxic
Weight: 213 kg
Flavor: Presumably a poisonous lizard, but perhaps anthropomorphized a bit so you could imagine it sitting in an audience and heckling a comedian.
Competitive: Uses the Torment aspect of Heckle to deal with 1v1 situations against hazard removers. You can use moves like Gunk Shot and Stone Edge with Hustle if you plan to be using Heckle - you'll be rolling a lot of dice against switch-ins, but at least you can set hazards to punish that. Baneful Bunker and trapping moves also go well with Heckle.

These were intended to be of a lower power level but they're definitely too weak for the general level we're seeing on the other subs. Both of these are vetoed for being too weak, and a stat buff to fit in the group we have fixes this.

Weight: 11.4 kg.
Role: Support based defender who uses Heckle followed by Dynamic Punch to limit enemy options. Has great defences, but dies easily to Fairies.
Stronger than the mons mentioned above, but still needs a buff to become good. Make the defenses a bit better because this gets mogged by fairies quite easily. Also would recommend removing Close Combat / Body Press to justify Dynamic Punch use because this wouldn't run it.

oh shit he's back
Again, good sub, but this isn't defensive as you say in the description. Reallocate the Speed/SpAtk points to make this more defense focused.
Mega starctocure (Megas are prob not allowed so just ignore this)
Slow start

These creatures cores glow with even more light and are even bigger, to the point where they can barely move. Their beams of light, on the other hand, now are gigantic, with a rainbow hue. One beam can knock most enemies out.
Megas aren't allowed right now, so it's better you remove it from the post - base form is fine but it feels a bit all over the place (not vetoed tho)

Else stuff is fine, y'all have 24 hours!

Vetos and 24 Hour Warning for subs!

Justification: a bulky set-up Pokemon that runs Pressure Point to stop other Pokemon from setting up alongside it! I tried to give it stats where it can easily be a safeguard on your team (if you run enough speed) to stop other Pokemon that are trying to set up with Pressure Point, while majorly tanking its offensive stats to ensure it would not be an offensive Pokemon outside of a slow setup wincon. Additionally, I gave it Gigaton Hammer to be able to be somewhat of a threat when needed, though I think with its very low attacking stats, it will never threaten to actually break walls without setting up, regardless. I think it can run both Clear Body and Thermal Exchange, with the latter probably being better, depending on the metagame it finds itself in. Clear Body is great against a potential Sticky Web meta or Intimidate users, if we ever get those, while Thermal Exchange stops opposing Pokemon from burning you, which is very nice when you probably will not threaten anything when burned.

Additionally, it can also run a non-setup set with Knock Off or Taunt. However, I opted not to give the Pokemon either Defog or Spikes (both moves that I considered) to keep the power level down and to ensure it would have a big reason to run Pressure Point. I feel like both would always want to be used on non-setup sets, which would turn its niche from an anti-setup Pokemon to anti-hazards.
Flavor: An agile robot-like creature resembling a mantis specialized in defensive martial arts. It can read other's body language, and disable their movement by striking the right places of their body, disabling energy flow.
