Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 244 HP / 252 Def / 12 SpD
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Protect
- Spikes

Gliscor is here to set up spikes and spread toxic around to increase chip damage and is an amazing physical wall with stab earthquake and protect so he can recover with toxic heal. tera water makes it to where great tusk and weavile can't threaten gliscor anymore but you can also run tera dragon for Ogerpon Wellspring.

Empoleon @ Leftovers
Ability: Competitive
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Flip Turn
- Surf
- Roost
- Stealth Rock

Empoleon is here to set stealth rocks and be the teams special wall while also having perfect defensive synergy with gliscor as Empoleon can come in on the ice and water moves that threaten gliscor, and gliscor can come in on the ground fighting and electric moves empoleon is weak to. Roost is for reliable recovery along with flip turn for pivoting. Surf is here for water stab and is pretty strong when switching on a defog from corviknight or mandibuzz. empoleon is also an amazing check to manaphy and walking wake. Tera fairy because it synergies well with empoleons typing.

Dragapult @ Choice Specs
Ability: Infiltrator
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Shadow Ball
- Flamethrower
- U-turn

Dragapult is the spin blocker of the team who can also function as a revenge killer. U-turn gives Pult a volturn core with empoleon. Shadow ball is stab which can be boosted by tera ghost and flamethrower is there for Gambit Corv and other fire weak mons.

Great Tusk @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Headlong Rush
- Ice Spinner
- Knock Off
- Rapid Spin

Great Tusk is the best spinner in the format so he obviously will be here on the team. With a jolly nature he outspeeds non scarf gholdengo and can threaten it with knock off on switch in. Headlong is there for strong stab damage and ice spinner is there to hit gliscor super effectively. Rapid spin is obviously here to spin.

Sneasler @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Poison Touch
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dire Claw
- Close Combat
- U-turn
- Switcheroo

Sneasler is here to function as a revenge killer against the likes of ogerpon wellspring, iron valiant, and Roaring Moon. Dire Claw and Close Combat are here for stabs and the ladder can be boosted by tera fighting while u turn is here to keep up momentum and switcheroo can be used for more defensive teams but there might be better choices (Lmk what u think)

Kingambit @ Black Glasses
Ability: Supreme Overlord
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Sucker Punch
- Kowtow Cleave
- Iron Head

Kingambit is the late game sweeper with black glasses boosted sucker punches on top of hazards being able to clear thorugh most teams late game along with iron head and kowtow for stab moves. Tera dark is here to boost sucker punch even further. (I didn't know exactly what kind of Kingambit I'd want to run so some help would be appreciated :D)

This is my first time building a Gen 9 Ou team let alone any team for that matter so I would really appreciate your guys feedback and thanks for reading!

(I'm 99% sure i didn't break any of the rules)

Hey there, for your first team, this is pretty well done! However, you're missing one crucial factor when it comes to building around Gliscor, and I really don't blame you for it.

One of the most important things to consider when trying to build around Gliscor is accounting for how it'll interact against opposing Gliscor. Because Earthquake+Toxic+Spikes are all such effective ways to make progress vs almost any team, it often ends up that Gliscor tend to come in on each other a lot. Whether it's to use free turns to heal up, lay up spikes, or whatever, it happens a lot. This is important to consider because if you are using a Spikes Gliscor, you need to be ready for other Spikes Gliscor. Are you going to be ok with 3 layers of Spikes on BOTH sides?.

Looking at your team, I would say kind of, but not really. Offensive Tusk is the best removal we have, but it cannot remove hazards multiple times a battle, and Gliscor can definitely get Spikes up multiple times. Every team member besides boots Tusk and Gliscor are vulnerable to Spikes, so this presents a deep structural problem in the team.

Now the hard way of fixing this is adding Boots on everybody who isn't naturally hazard resilient. This involves building a "superman" hazardproof team, and generally it's a complicated endeavor making sure you cover both extremes (HO/stall) while basically not using items. Not a task for a beginner, and tricky even for the experienced.

The easy way of fixing this is minimizing the time spent in Gliscor mirrors by using U-Turn > Earthquake on your own Gliscor. This is gonna make your gliscor a lot more "passive" in a sense, but you have U-turn endpoints like Specs Dragapult, offensive Great Tusk, and BlackGlasses Kingambit, which can put pressure on just about everything, so I think it's gonna work out here.

Now for some smaller tweaks. The current Empoleon set is a complete sitting duck for Ogerpon-Wellspring (Waterpon) and that's a big no-no considering we don't have any counters or even soft switch-ins. The best way to solve this issue is Roar > Flip Turn on Empoleon. If you have any hazards up and Roar on Waterpon as it tries to switch-in, you can chip it with hazards and deny it any free turns. Roar also works great against double dance Manaphy sets, but not if it's the only pokemon left, so you want to keep some hazards up to wear it down.

For a Kingambit that goes all in on firepower with BlackGlasses and Tera Dark, I see no reason to be Jolly, so go Adamant > Jolly. You want Iron Head to threaten Clefable after it comes in on Gliscor as you click U-turn, but without Low Kick, there's little reason to be Jolly and outspeed opposing Kingambit.

One small last edit might be Tera Ghost > Tera Fighting on your Scarf Sneasler, just as some insurance vs opposing DD Dragonite, which could be a threat otherwise if they're packing Ice Spinner to get past your Gliscor.

Not too many big changes, just some small tweaks, but I think the team will function a lot better in practice. Let me know how it goes!
