Mostly because of that one point in the metagame where I was wondering why it felt like I saw the usual Sub-Toxic set or a form of Pivot Jirachi in virtually all the battles I watched.

It has always been a big defensive threat and a great mon in the UU tier. People have recently found a new way to use it which means that there can be more ways to use it and it is deserving of this spot as the the third titan of the UU gen 6 metagame

This one's a bit of a toss up, but considering that either mon thats getting votes is coming in 4th after 3rd place is revealed, I'm voting Suicune.

Jirachi was maybe a little more prsent in UU during its time (fuck Scarf Iron Head), but Suicune was still the all-around more dangerous Pokemon, and it of course was present through the entire generation.
