Ok, but Goku isn,t from Falkland Islands, so he didn,t participate on the referendum, meaning the user you are quoting hasn,t said anything known to be wrong. I also don,t recognize the Falkland Islands as britain territory. It doesn,t matter much, since I don,t live there either. The only cool colonial empire remaining, as ugly as it sounds, is the French one, and only because sun still doesn,t set there (yes, that indicator is the one used to measure the coolness of colonial empires).

Posting predictions now that the form is closed, not really gonna do a full writeup for qualifiers since frankly I don't have a lot of information on many players, especially Guatemala as you can see, but these were what my final standings ended up as (maybe with some tiny variations since I made this from memory the day after doing the form). I don't know how the Strength of Schedule works for ties, but this means my guess for qualifying is:

Latin America
Spain/UK
Spain/UK vs Venezuela
Asia vs Bangladesh

I hope I'm wrong though, seeing a team like Venezuela make it would be awesome, since the underdog stories are the best part of these qualifiers. Goated ass wcop.
