Sigh another possible Tailwind user...

USA @ Sky Plate / Leftovers
Trait: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Tailwind
- Brave Bird
- U-turn
- Superpower / Bulk Up

Idk this set is cool. It pretty much utilizes all of Braviary's good offensive options. Tailwind fixes Brav's speed issues and it has the bulk to use it. BB because STAB. U-turn for momentum and to 'pass' speed boosts. Superpower for all those pesky Steel-types and Bulk Up for boosts and whatnot, but not really good because of no BU boost passes :[

Yea I'm getting tired of posting in this thread a lot lol.

EVs: 252 HP / 192 SDef / 64 Spd
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Brave Bird
- Substitute
- Roost
- Whirlwind

Mostly standard bulky Braviary but with a twist, WW helps luring rock types with hazards: Spikes, while Toxic Spikes can down better the ground / rock types, and Stealth Rock is useful for Rotom formes and stuff, so oriented to stall teams. Iris used this set on the SPL a few times, against Zeb iirc
Also is a blacktorn braviary!

Braviary (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 168 SAtk / 88 Spe
Naughty Nature
- Brave Bird
- Superpower
- Heat Wave
- Roost

Lures Metang for other stuff to wreck shit (Jynx, Muk, other normals, etc). Evs are enough to outspeed standard missy, max attack for hitting like a nig, rest in special attack cause bulk isnt necessary with such a nuke and allows it to to 2HKO Metang after rocks. Brave Bird self-explanatory, Superpower hits stuff hard like Golem, Roost for recovery on switches, and other than Metang, Heat Wave can hit stuff without taking any recoil or stat drops which is nice. Naughty cause bad bird and spdef isnt important without bulky investment and minus def would make it take stuff like priority worse.

o credit to cbb for saying use sheer force heat wave bird n_n

@HnC Yea Iris used that set against me too (annoying bird =/)

Braviary @ Sky Plate
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 52 HP / 252 Atk / 204 Spe
- Bulk Up
- Tailwind
- Brave Bird
- Roost

Credit to Cherub Agent, I had Tailwind Brav at the back of my mind too, but Cherub pulled it off better than I did. The 204 Speed EVs outrun Scarf Zard during Tailwind and Modest Ludicolo/Samurott outside Tailwind. I use Sky Plate over Cherub's Sharp Beak because.

This set gives Braviary a response to both offensive and defensive teams. Against fast frail pokemon, Braviary can let 'er rip with Tailwind to blitz past his foes and mow then down, especially if you've managed to sneak a Bulk Up in there. Bulk Up sees more use against defensive teams who can weather unboosted assaults. Like SubBU Braviary, he can still turn the tables on Rock-types with Bulk Up + Roost to overwhelm them. Although he no longer has the option to block status, this Braviary's offensive spread means he can get going much faster, with +2 usually being sufficient in taking down most bulky pokes in just 2 hits. Bear in mind though Braviary appreciates not having to go up against Steels and status, so those should be dealt with first.

Braviary (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Defiant
EVs: 252 HP / 192 SDef / 64 Spd
Careful Nature
- Toxic / Bulk Up
- Roost
- Substitute
- Sky Drop

This is basically the standard Sub Braviary, but instead of Brave Bird, Sky Drop is used. Whats cool about Sky drop is that the foe cannot switch out once braviary has taken it into the Sky. This is incredibly useful if the foe is poisoned, as you can stall them out until they start taking massive damage from poison. Toxic is usually the better option over Bulk up unless you have Toxic Spikes support because Status is what makes this set effective.

EagleSupport Braviary@Leftovers
Trait: Defiant
EVs: 176 HP / 252 Atk / 80 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Brave Bird
- Whirlwind

The idea is to try to use Eagle in a completely different way. Weak to SR? Would be it used to entry-hazard support? Brave Bird ensures a constant danger, Whirlwind threats away and damaging the enemy team. Rest/Sleep Talk is the system to keep alive the intended purpose.

AmeriCAW (Braviary) (M) @ Sky Plate
Trait: Defiant
EVs: 192 HP / 252 Atk / 64 Spd
Adamant Nature
-Substitute
-Brave Bird
-Superpower / Bulk Up
-Roost

Kinda similar to Punchshroom's, but trades in the Speed boost from Tailwind for protection from Substitute. Basically, Sub is a really underrated move on offensive Braviary, and can punch holes in all sorts of teams if he gets one up; offensive teams struggle taking repeated hits from it while defensive teams can't to much to stop him from setting up. Brave Bird is there for obvious reasons. Superpower provides the best coverage, but Bulk Up lets you set up further on defensive teams. Finally, Roost negates Sub + Brave Bird recoil and also helps with setup if you're using Bulk Up.

Braviary (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Defiant
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Toxic
- Substitute

Braviary was the last member added to the team, but it ended up being the MVP in most of my battles. When I had 5 mons chosen I saw I had a weakness to anything physical that could beat mush. So after I thinking long and hard I saw that Braviary had 100/75 defences and immediatly tried it out because of its great typing and roost. Braviary is still strong with 0 investment and 2HKOs Golurk with BB, and does a lot of damage to everything. SubToxic stalls Alomomola, and keeps defensive teams from running over me. Sometimes I wish i had Whirlwind, Bulk Up, or u-turn, but i've found these moves give me the best overall coverage against the meta and allow it to be the perfect glue to my team.

c/p from my RMT

less bulky mandibuzz that is a strong, kills all things beats walls :)

Braviary@Choice Scarf
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Sleep Talk
- Superpower
- U-Turn

With Jynx all around the meta, Braviary can now absorb Jynx's lovely kisses and outspeed and OHKO with any of the moves chosen by Sleep Talk. U-Turn is also a way to scout out threats and hit back. Since most of Braviary's switches in are rock-types, Return becomes redundant coverage on a choice-set especially because Braviary then becomes set-up fodder for CM Misdreavus and Sub Haunter amongst others.

Time to vote! You have two days, but keep in mind that if you're voting for Dat Blast's set, you will be voting for the Superpower version rather than the Bulk Up version otherwise the set is too similar to what is on-site, and the difference in EVs and items aren't explained enough (or at all for that matter). Vote away~

Tbh, was gonna vote Raseri...until I remembered Mandibuzz.

vyomov because being able to switch into Lovely Kiss and Sleep Powder then proceed to destroy its users is cool.
