HydrogenHydreigon As with every move that prevents using other moves, I believe Recover doesn't fire off due to Heal Block being used on the same action, and no EN is expended.
(Milotic would have Struggled if I had used a healing move on an ulterior action though)

HydrogenHydreigon you need to take the arena effect into account for Frustration, meaning it should do 4 more damage (3 for STAB, 1 for arena proper). This has an impact on recoil as well.

Pajantom should use 1 less energy with its Ghost STABS since Return/Frustration count. Not sure how much I'd end up, because you missed quite a few up there, but it doesn't matter honestly.
If this works, I have learned that even against someone as experienced and battle-hardened as TMan, brute force is still a solution.
