Not too many options to pick here, but this is not what we're looking for........

Plentiful. Many options to choose from here, such as STAB Air Slash and Bug Buzz

Not too much, but there are a couple of noticable options

Possible Movesets:

Masquerain @Life Orb / Choice Specs
Trait: Intimidate
Nature: Modest
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
~Stun Spore / Hydro Pump
~Air Slash
~Bug Buzz
~Energy Ball / Ice Beam

Special sweeper. You want to Stun Spore to incapitate, and then start sweeping. Works better if you have some Speed passed to you so you can use Hydro Pump instead. I prefer Energy Ball, but if you are that paranoid about Altaria then use Ice Beam, though you'll lose to Quagsire

This thing is even better itself than the likes of Beautifly / Butterfree / Dustox / Beedrill, IMO. Will it see use?
 
It also gets Baton Pass, which Surskit learns at level 43. Too bad there's nothing really worthwhile to pass.
 
It could pass a few Psych Ups and Agility, but there are other pokemon better suited to the job

Masquerain got the huge improvement it needed. Only the stats hinder it from being effective
 
It can pass Agility(Surskit level 31) as well as boosts from Silver Wind or Ominous Wind(Which can be heart scaled onto Masquarain). Now Silver Wind and Ominous Wind don't raise stats often, but its still worth a mention. Something along the lines of.

- Agility
- Endure
- Baton Pass
- Bug Buzz/Air Slash (or Silver Wind)

For 2 vs 2 you have Bug Bite Available, which you could get stat boosts of your partner's berry right from the getgo. But that would require a different kind of setup obviously.
 
Now that I look at it, a set like:

Masquerain @Petaya Berry
Trait: Intimidate
Nature: Timid
EVs: 152 HP / 100 SAtk / 252 Spd
~Agility
~Endure
~Baton Pass
~Air Slash / Bug Buzz

Agility on something you know can't touch you, preferrably Parasect, Endure when you know a move willl kill you, and then start killing with Air Slash or Bug Buzz. Once you hit something you can't kill, Baton Pass away to something like Manetric or Ampharos
 
The thing is, I don't think it can last long enough for the boost to occur, though if you're feeling lucky then you could use that set
