The Graveyard (A Ghost Type Team)

Alright, none of you know me, but on another forum I am a ghost type gym leader. So I made a Ghost Type team and I want you guys to rate it. Later I might make a water team too. (Just for fun!) By the way the nicknames are the Pokémon's Japanese names according to Serebii.

Yukimenoko / Froslass

EV Spread

6 Sp.D / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

Nature: Lonely (+ Atk - Def)

Item: Focus Sash

Moveset

~ Spikes
~ Taunt
~ Destiny Bond
~ Ice Shard

Froslass makes a great Spike lead due to the fact you can't rapid spin until she faints. And when she does she'll bring her foe down with her. Taunt was put in the mix to mess up walls and stat raisers such as Dragon Dancing Feraligatr/Slamence or Swords Dancers. Ice Shard was put there to be able to attack first while she takes some damage to get ready to Destiny Bond. Her nature is also somewhat useful so it has a higher chance of fainting and then just use Denstiny Bond.

Gangar / Gengar

EV Spread

6 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Nature: Modest (+ Sp.A - Atk)

Item: Kasib Berry (Weakens Ghost Type moves, in case anyone brings any Ghost Types)

Moveset

~ Shadow Ball
~ Psychic
~ Sludge Bomb
~ Focus Blast

How did you know I was gonna add this beast? Obvously Gengar was added due to his great Special Attack and his fast speed. (Tied with Froslass for the fastest Ghost type) And because he's pretty much the original Ghost Type Pokémon. This guy really packs a punch, or should I say a Sludge Bomb. Psychic was put to get rid of Crobats and maybe another Gengar. Focus blast is pretty self-explanitory. Think one word: Dark

Spr_4d_292.png

Nukenin / Shedinja

EV Spread

255 Atk / 255 Spe

Nature: Lonely

Item: Focus Sash

Moveset

~ X-Scissor
~ Swords Dance
~ Shadow Sneak
~ Toxic

Most challengers won't see this coming. I'll always save it for last for when all the Shedinja killers are gone, so I can trap my opponents. Basicly it just uses Swords Dance on the first turn while it gets hit (The Focus Sash prevents it from fainting) and then just Shadow Sneak or X-Scissor if Shedinja is faster. Toxic anything it can't touch and that's about it. There's not much to say about this fellow...

The other 3 slots are empty, but here are some Pokémon I'm thinking about adding.

Spr_4d_477.png

Dusknoir

Spr_4d_429.png

Mismagius

Spr_4d_442.png

Spiritomb

Rules of the Gym: (Keep these in mind before making suggestions)

~ 3 v 3 Single OR 4 v 4 Double
~ Hax Item Clause
~ Species Clause
~ The Gym Leader can't switch out
~ The Gym Leader (Me) must use only Ghost type Pokémon.
~ Evasion Clause
~ Sleep Clause
~ Uber Clause (Sorry, no Giritina or Arceus)

Any suggestions people? Thanks for reading this.

EDIT: Here are all the Ghost Type Pokémon:

Banette
Mismagius
Dusknoir
Gengar
Drifblim
Spritomb
Shedinja
Sableye
Froslass
Rotom

Shedinja sucks. Horribly. And I mean, if you used Shedinja in NU, Delibird would beat it. I OHKO'd one with Leech Seed once. I OHKO'd one with Will-O-Wisp once. I OHKO'd one with Hail once. Do you get where I'm going? Replace with Ninjask if you just love the Nincada evolution line.

Er... didn't you read the title? Plus I forgot to mention I awlays save it for last when all the Shedinja fly swatters are gone. Then maybe my opponent will be in check-mate.

Oh, whoops, ghost.

In that case, replace it with something that doesn't suck.

Shedinja fly swatters? You do realize that there are about 491 of those, correct?

I'm not sure this really qualifies as a "Competitive" team, which is what the RMT forum is for. Additionally, your explanations are rather sparse.

Individual comments:

Frosslass - Hail should be removed for Taunt. Hail does nothing to help your team (and actually kills Shedinja instantly), while taunt can prevent an enemy lead from setting up an entry hazard that would take out Shedinja. Additionally, Ice Shard should probably be Ice Beam, as Ice Shard is rather weak. You'll be going first most of the time anyways, 110 is pretty fast base speed. And it's not like you can switch this out and bring it back in to finish off a DD Salamence. Also Focus Sash is the preferred Item on Destiny Bond sets, as it means you guaranteed live one hit and can Destiny Bond the next turn. Finally, with the switch to Ice Beam you likely want to change the EV/Nature Spread. The Attack EVs can go into Special Attack and the nature should go to Timid, which will allow you to outspeed positive natured base 100's like Salamence.

Gengar - Hypnosis/Dream Eater is a terrible combination. Your foes are not bound by the rules you are, so they can easily just switch out the sleeping Pokemon as you try uselessly to Dream eater it. Plus Psychic has terrible coverage, and Gengar doesn't have the HP to really be able to recover much with it. Drop Dream Eater at the very least, and consider losing Hypnosis as well. Sludge Bomb should DEFINITELY go. Yes, it gets STAB, but so does Shadow Ball, which gets much better coverage. Thunderbolt and Focus Blast are both far better coverage moves than Sludge Bomb is, and one or both of these should be used over Dream Eater and Sludge Bomb. As for the last slot, if you find Hypnosis isn't cutting it for you, try out Explosion. I would also suggest Life Orb as your Item, the Berry isn't going to do much with Gengar's frailty. Again, I would probably suggest a positive nature, likely one that lowers a defense so Explosion is maximally powered.

Shedinja - Standard, but not sure why you want to use it.

Other slots: Dusknoir is pretty good. Spiritomb should definitely be included because it's the only Pokemon you can run not weak to Dark and Ghost. Mismagius is solid, but if you can I would suggest running one of the Rotom-Appliance Formes over it.

You got a point. But I can change the rules, so maybe I can find away around this... Hmmm maybe no sleep clause but a Dark Void Clause? Eh, I think I'll just get rid of Hypnosis and add Psychic and then replace Dream Eater with Focus Blast for Dark Types.

EDIT: Also I can't change EVs or natures. This is an In-Game Team, sorry.

EDIT2: I can add the rotom formes, but when I go on vacation where there's only Wi-Fi for PBR, I'll have to go on without them. Which really sucks...

Your title needs to explain the field you're competing in, whether that be OU, 3v3, et cetera.

You just posted an RMT four days ago, and you're expected to wait longer before posting another team: read the RMT rules.
