kinda is, id say shoot for at least 29 if its for trading, for yourself is good. Poke people are a perfectionist bunch
Those IVs actually calculate to HP Dragon, so I'd say toss
Sorry defense is 30 not 31
Finally got another Manaphy:
Bold 31/24/31/31/27/31. Spdef is the only thing somewhat bothering me but since this mon switches in on phys moves and then just boosts until it can't be stopped I imagine it's not that big a deal. Keep or toss?

What do you think about about these two for Yveltal:

How about a Mild 31/22/31/31/12/30? Is that point in speed going to mean I am outsped by most Yveltal?
Would a Timid 31/31/21/30/31/31 be good enough? I know it's Def is worse but at least it won't be outsped now.

Depends on your definition of decent. Unfortunately I think 11 is too low for competitive purposes, but I feel your pain as resetting for these things is so hard.
Sorry mate but that special attack is too low. You really want to be aiming for 30-31 in spatk, if there's any stats you can compromise under 31 it's the defenses.

31/3/31/31/13/31 timid shaymin. Skymin kinda gets owned by everthing thrown its way anyways so I'll probly keep it regardless. Resetting without sync is more time consuming than I like.

Biggest thing that it affects as far as I can see is that you've got a good chance to be OHKOed by scarf Xerneas' moonblast while with 31 you live unless rocks are up. It also turns Darkrai's sludge bomb into a guaranteed OHKO instead of the just high chance it was. Overall your choice of course, but if those things are important to you then you might keep going.
That's still a pretty good shaymin though.

You know with Hyper Training coming out for Sun and Moon, I would save it for those games. Just make sure you level it up to Lv. 100 before you try it or it won't work. I would not however use it for competitive right now.

Yes that is absolutely usable competitively. 1 Special Attack IV isn't going to make much if any difference and that Latias is perfect otherwise.
