(My Battle Frontier team)
I'm working on a new Battle Frontier team, so I present to you...
team...
Even though none of my pokemon have a fire type move.. not quite sure how that works...

What went through my mind:
Ah, yes, the core of this team, Hitmontop. Has been one of my favorites for a while now, so I thought I'd try him out. I like Priority, but 3 Technician'd priority? That's awesome!
Now I need another special and physical sweeper, so I chose Gengar and Tyranitar, because they support Hitmontop's and their own weaknesses. Incoming Psychic on Hitmontop? Switch to T Tar. T Tar has a Fighting problem? Switch to Gengar.
Now, the real deal..
Nature: Adamant
EV Spread: 252 Atk/252 HP/4 Def
Ability: Technican
Item: Leftovers
Fake Out - 1st Turn Flinch. Should bring most stuff to KO range for my other attacks
Sucker Punch - Hit's Psychics and Ghosts for super effective damage both of which Hitmontop hates. Also helps Gengar
Bullet Punch - Technician'd priority
Mach Punch - More Technician'd priority, this time STAB, protects Gengar's Dark Weakness

Ability: Sand Stream (duh)
Item: Babiri Berry
Dragon Dance - Sweep
Stone Edge - Helps protect Hitmontop's Flying weakness
Crunch - STAB, protects Hitmontop and Gengar from their respective weaknesses
Ice Punch - Saves Hitmontop and itself from some weaknesses

Nature: Modest
EV Spread: 252 SpA/252 HP/4 Def
Ability: Levitate (Duh)
Item: Life Orb
Substitute - Allows Gengar to actually survive a few turns
Pain Split - Oh, this is the key to this set. It heals off both Substitute and Life Orb damage!
Focus Blast - Kills Darks
Shadow Ball - STAB attack
Problems that I can think of:
Probably Gallade, as it can Close Combat T Tar and Psycho Cut Gengar and Hitmontop. But Gengar will probably be able to KO with Shadow Ball.

So there you have it, team Shake N' Bake. Please give me some tips :)
