The way this mod works is that a micro-meta is created using Pokémon and Items from multiple Other Metagames. The meta will begin by having no Pokémon, and each slate, people will be able to nominate up to 5 Pokémon from other mods. Abilities and Moves will be automatically carried over from the winning Pokémon. Here is an example nomination:

Rules

• Must adhere to the banlist of the metagame in question, meaning no banned Pokémon, moves or abilities from the respective metagames. (Doesn't apply post humously)
• You can submit up to four Pokémon per round, but can only submit from one metagame each.
• If something wins, it wins as is. Any post addition buffs, nerfs, or modifications will not be taken to account (if a TS mon is voted in and its PU, then rises to RU, it will not be adjusted in stats).
• You can vote for up to six Pokémon. Self Votes are allowed, but they can't be 1st place and you can only vote for yourself 2 times. The first three votes are weighted.
• Metagames are only allowed up to 5 wins. If a metagame has 5 reps in, you aren't allowed to sub from it anymore.
• You can resub Pokémon you previously submitted once, afterwards you can't do so.

This is literally just an upscaled Cramorant, with higher offenses paired with the Gulp Missile chip and good special bulk that will allow it to defog easier. Electric types should still be able to deal with Cramorant easily thanks to it retaining its 4x Electric weakness, and fast physical attackers can exploit its mediocre physical bulk.

Justification: I will take any chance I can get to sub a Cramorant. Tier Shift is the only real viable option to include a Cramorant into this likely high power level meta. This is literally just an upscaled Cramorant, with higher offenses paired with the Gulp Missile chip and good special bulk that will allow it to defog easier. Electric types should still be able to deal with Cramorant easily thanks to it retaining its 4x Electric weakness, and fast physical attackers can exploit its mediocre physical bulk.
