A simple majority (above 50%, at least 11 unban votes out of 21 possible voters) is required to unban Perrserker.
If you qualified and your name is not on the list, please send a PM me. Note, you must have posted in the voter identification thread before the deadline in order to qualify as a voter.

- TC is awarded to those with 10 tiering-related votes across all tiers or 6-tiering related votes in ZU suspect tests.
