Not every user that earned voting requirements has voted, but their vote will not affect the outcome.

Votes: 102

Melmetal
Unban: 39
Do Not Unban: 63
Unban % = 38.24%

60% pro-unban majority (94 ban votes) is required for an unban and this is now impossible given the amount of Do Not Unban votes. Thus, Melmetal will stay banned from SS OU.
