The Spinning Panda of Support

Okay B/W has been somewhat nice to Spinda giving it more support moves but it still won't see the light out of lower tiers sadly but it can be the blissey of it(im lying :P)
Abilities:
Own Tempo-Prevents this pokemon to be confused
Tangled Feet-When confused this pokemon's evasion raise by 1 stage
B/W Ability:
Perversity-Reverses stat changes (ex. super would raise Attack & Defense insted of lowering them)

60/60/60/60/60/60
its stat spread is laughable tbh xD

New Moves:(assuming you guys know what these moves do, no need to explain)
Troll/Sing A Round
Vengeance
Cheer Up
Wild Bolt

Support Moves:
Wish
Baton Pass
Trick
Fake Out(kinda supportish :/)
Rapin Spin(1 gen to late xD)

Hypnosis
Cheer Up
Calm Mind

Sadly Another Pokemon that suffers from bad stats.

Fake out is there just to break sashes if you want. Wish heal others/yourself and rapid spin to spin rocks,spikes, and sashes away :P.

This pokemon will be a good supporter in lower tiers but higher up blissey is much better.

supporters better than it. Blissey>chansey>cresselia>clefable>wigglytuff>xatu>tabunne>musharna>Delibird>spinda. Just saying.
 
delibird gets rapid spin, which is why it is on the list.

edit: claydol and starmie (and mew) are somewhere up there too

but Delibird takes 25% from rocks before you can spin them away(presuming that they set up rocks while delibird was not out) so Spinda>Delibird
 
I don't understand. Gamefreak gave Spinda such a good ability in Perversity, but it literally has NO moves that drop its stats in any way. Even something like Superpower or Close Combat would've done nicely. This was their one chance to actually fix it up without giving it an evolution, I mean, I'd say they did pretty well with Volbeat who was beyond craptastic for 2 gens in a row, but now has a reason to live with Priority Tail Glow passing, or Ditto, who's amazing now. I think Spinda's awesome enough that it deserves a signature move that drops ALL stats by 3 or so stages, and then Spinda can pass that shit on. Then we'll see who sucks. xD

50% actually. Besides, who in their right mind would use Spinda as a Spinner? Spinda's too frail and slow (without a Scarf) to utilize Rapid Spin, and its HP is too low to make Wish worthwhile. Hypnosis, Trick, Teeter Dance, and Encore is just about the best it can hope to do...

Edit: @Bologo: rofl! Game Freak must have really been angry the day they created Spinda. They actually succeeded in making a panda that almost nobody likes.

Shuckle wants Perversity Shell Break. Bold Shell Break Shuckle in Sandstorm with T-Spikes would be crazy. Hopefully in the 3rd game Shuckle, Daikenki, and maybe some other crap like Blastoise and Armaldo will get Shell Break.
 
I have only used Spinda as a joke filler in NU. Otherwise its doing the daycare thing for Egg Move'd Drowzee/Meditite.

Suppose it could be a low-end switch-to for a post-sucky Baton Pass if Perversity accepts detrimental modifications when brought to the field from Bton Pass.

Spinda = Why. So. SERIOUS?
 
Perversity doesn't work with self-induced stat drops.

I haven't tested it myself, but I say that because otherwise, the grass starter (who has perversity and can learn leaf storm) would RAPE.
 
Something tells me that spinda was made a joke poke. The "spins around pokemon" really? Also all of its stats add up to 360. Get it? 360? Oh nintentroll.

it does and the grass starter does rape with perversity and Leaf storm (well he has at least the potential of being a cool Late Game Sweeper)
 
Spinda started Teeter Dance. It needs to be an Annoyer, because that's about all I see it being good for.

Teeter Dance will cause switch-ins, so pattern it with Toxic to poison the team. Yawn works, and maybe a filler move such as Wild Bolt to make it better than Luvdisc at least.
