Brambleghast @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Wind Rider
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Poltergeist
- Power Whip
- Rapid Spin
- Strength Sap
Brambleghast serves the purpose of a rapid spinner, And a switch in against many threats (Which i faced) like Galvantula or Flygon. It is the tanky build because i have not gotten a inch of value out of the extra attack in the attacking build. Brambleghast has strength sap in order to regenerate health and lower attack of foes, After which brambleghast could greed the hell out and start attacking against what is "Super Effective" Damage. Plus lowered attack stat means i could switch in my less bulky pokemon in for a bargain.
Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Flip Turn
- Wish
- Scald
- Protect
Vaporeon serves the purpose of a tank, With both flip turn and scald. It is usually going to usually use flip turn into mienshao in order to net me more fake-out value. It has the steel terrastalization because steel can't be poisoned. Vaporeon is going to stall out a burnt opponent with wish and protect spam, Plus it helps to give out wish with flip turn as vaporeon is almost always getting outsped.
Mienshao @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Knock Off
- U-turn
- Fake Out
Mienshao is the only physical attacker of the team. I would be very upset if mienshao died, But i would trade mienshao for like a terrastalize on the enemy behalf. The assault vest set provides excellent bulk and damage, And i really really like bulk. Knockoff to hit ghost types and bug types, Close combat to hit anyone else, And U-Turn to build momentum.
Incineroar @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Close Combat
- Knock Off
- U-turn
- Will-O-Wisp
Incineroar serves the purpose of a defensive pivot. Incineroar is going to commonly use U-Turn into mienshao in order to net more fake-out value, Incineroar is going to use knock off even if it is not very effective in order to take away enemy items and soften them up for Mienshao. Incineroar is the second defensive pokemon here because im uncomfortable playing with just 1 tank. Incineroar has the fairy terrastalization because dark is weak to fighting.
Florges (F) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flower Veil
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
- Energy Ball
- Synthesis
- Trick
- Moonblast
Florges serves the role of a THIRD defensive pokemon, And a choice scarfer. It will give away it's choice scarf to hazard setters or use it to be the secondary revenge killer. As i said above, Im not very comfortable playing with just 1 tank. And florges has steel terrastalize because fairy is weak to poison and steel is immune to poison. Incineroar would very much want florges in order to feel safer against fighting types.
Inteleon @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Torrent
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
- U-turn
Inteleon here serves the purpose of the primary revenge killer and a choice scarfer. The spread is fairly good, I don't know what to say. Ghost is pretty standard. Inteleon helps brambleghast feel safer against Chandelure.
I want you to suggest some possible upgrades to the team, Notably, Suggest a replacement for Inteleon (I have no idea who to replace him with). The team notably has a bunch of convincing wins against water type teams and has a very unconvincing track record against poison types.
