The finals for Smogon Tour Season 13 is finally here! There was some fierce competition in the final week to fill out the Top 16. The real test is yet to come as all of these battlers will test their fighting spirit for a chance to earn the title of Smogon Tour champion! With that being said, each of these players deserves a round of applause for making it to the final dance.
I'd like to thank all of the players for participating this season. Without everyone's involvement this tournament wouldn't be nearly as big as it is. Smogon Tour is too big for any one person to host, so I would also like to extend my appreciation to all of the Smogon staff members who hosted tours this season. Last but certainly not least, I need to give a special shout-out to Bloo and Iconic for managing the standings for the whole season. It's a daunting task and you guys met the speedy demand everyone expected of you.

For those of you who are not familiar with the Smogon Tour finals, each match-up will consist of a Bo3 - 1 BW OU, 1 DPP OU, 1 ADV OU. The better seed will decide the metagame for the first game. The tiers for each metagame are locked at the time of this post (and will be posted below for clarity).

- Pokemon in the Uber tier are banned.
- Sleep Clause
- Evasion Clause (Brightpowder and Lax Incense are allowed)
- OHKO Clause
- Unlike in the regular season, Self-KO Clause is off; a tied game is cause for a rematch with the option to change teams
- Ingrain Smeargle is banned
