Unless you're RNG'ing these two space rocks in a previous generation, the ball won't matter much at all since they're both genderless and won't be able to pass their ball down.

...That said, Viridi's suggestions look the nicest for them.

Both of the TSV's listed in your signature have active matches on SVExchange, it wouldn't be right for (and impossible if the giveaway isn't FFA for most giveaway hosts) someone to try and pick up a matching egg for you.

That community thrives on active TSV holders hatching eggs and it would be fairly annoying to the other matches if I or anyone else tried to take their matching egg in such a way. I realize that you want to sign up and contribute there, but until you do those eggs can't be claimed for you realistically (again, unless FFA).

If you want help in understanding how reddit works or how SVExchange operates PM me as I'm more than willing to offer assistance to get you started. If the egg you wanted is listed under a FFA giveaway then I will be able to retrieve the egg in question for you. Let me know.

If, I read this the wrong way and you needed an egg hatched for you there. I am also willing to help by searching for the matching TSV. If it's not available on their list there are a few others you can check if interested.
 
(Sigh) Looks like Solrock can only get Morning Sun if it was captured from the Dream world. And unfortunately, the dream world has been shut down permanently. :(

So I'll ask another curious question about solrock.
If you can't teach the Solrock the attack, Morning Sun, what attack would you give it to replace Morning Sun? (if you're giving it the moveset for the Impish in the analysis)

Calm Mind, Protect, or something else?

its special attack is bad so no point doing Calm Mind . This is my solrock set :
Impish 252 hp/def
Rock Slide
Stealth Rock
reflect
KA-BOOM (Explosion)

Also, here is my lunatone set
Modest Hp rock spread ( 6th gen breed so no ancient power)
Hp Rock
Psychic
Rock Polish
KA-BOOM, just kidding i have Ice beam for coverage .

Pretty standard because that's all solrock has to offer

When a Battle Spot ranked match gets timer stalled down to 0 seconds, and the final turn ends, with both players having 1 concious pokemon, how is the tie broken? highest HP percentage remaining = win?

Yeah it's actually based on total HP points remaining, not percentage. This allows for calculating the winner when there is more than one Pokemon on a team. So overly bulky Pokemon like Chansey / Blissey give you a huge advantage in that regard
