You're going to outrun absolutely everything in existence ever with Unburden activated (I use Power Herb Sky Attack + Acrobatics myself), so its more of "what do you want outrun before Unburden". Its unique at 118, so you can lower down to outpacing +115 (236 EVs), +111 (204 EVs) or +108 at the minimum (180 EVs).
Adamant, you can only go up to 170 Speed, just barely outrunning Jolly Garchomp.

VGCs is Video Game Championships. Real life, official tournaments for Pokémon.

Cross Poison is only good for Fairy types, which generally lose to Crobat one on one anyway. Taunt shuts them down, and then you can wear them down at your own leisure with Brave Bird, and use Roost to recover. Or you can U-turn out to Scizor, which destroys them with Bullet Punch.

Okay THAT makes perfect sense. Thanks for explaining it. I just tend to have a very bad habbit of trying not to run many support moves on one Poke I guess. And that was due to emotional/battle "trauma" Caused by an evil Troll Weezing that ran only status moves and killed my old team of six single handedly.

Also, uh, if you're planning on running that, it's illegal for VGCs. Current ruleset is Kalos dex only, and Swampert and Donphan aren't in the Kalos dex.

I know my good sir, this team (still being trained) is planned for the next Rated Battle Season. I just wanted a jumpstart on it was all so I can practice with it and ultimately refine it into something strong. My hope is that the next season lets me use those two. IF not, I will come up with something else. That leads to my next question actually. If the VGC rules don't change in the next Rating Season: What do you recommend I replace Swampert and Donphan with that works well with this team?

And another thing, Totodile can only be in a Poke Ball unless caught in Colosseum or bred in Kalos by said female parent, correct?

Opinions on making a core centered around Dragon Dance Scrafty? Surprisingly powerful, switch-ins such as Garchomp are 1HKO'd by a +1 Ice Punch, the only threats I've experienced are Talonflame (2hko with Brave Bird, while not being outsped even after 2 Dances), Fairy types, and Fighting moves. I was thinking Escavalier and Slowbro as the two other parts of the core, as Escavalier can take on just about any hits by Fairies, and Slowbro can take Fighting types and Fighting moves on, as well as countering Fire-types for Escavalier, as well as providing a Special Attacker with amazing variability.

Also, better Dual Screen users than Espeon?

How about my personal prefferance: Prankster Meowstic? A Male Meowstic with Prankster is a GREAT Supporter in Doubles/Triples (Placement in Triples Matters I think). Hmmm I might run that instead of Donphan if VGC doesn't change next season on my team in fact. If you want: I can give you a HA Espurr/Meowstic to use to breed it.

This is singles, so...
but if it's still good to use, then yeah, I wouldn't mind getting an Espurr/Meowstic, though I might just catch one myself so I can give it a Premier ball.
