The only silly thing I found is having 3 physical setup sweepers and not knowing what's unaware, and Occa berry Scizor?

oh its a fine move, but there is no reason i should be seeing thinga like roar dragonite, darmanitan, tyranitar, keldeo
or taunt conkeldurr, the same darmanitan also knowing taunt, infernape

Sure the surprise can help you beat baton pass, but these things are so useless outside of the surprise.

I can understand some of the things because he was obviously a newb, but really? Shadow Clawing your Chansey multiple times after it already told him it doesn't affect it not to mention the little "immune" bubble popping up? Even if he didn't understand English, he could obviously see it did 0 damage each time before.

This is the same kind of thing like continuing to hit Shedinja without looking up Wonder Guard that just completely baffles me.

Well we don't know the full story behind the battles.
For example, once this guy came up to me and said that his BP team was unbeatable, and he wanted to battle me. Ofc I took the challenge, but I fit in a specialised thundurus with U-turn, taunt, knock off and T-bolt. I know, if it were any other situation, it would have been the worst set ever. But it was immense butthurt and chopped up his team in no time.
Similarly, these guys must have known they were going to go against a BP team, or maybe they fit in a specialised counter to prevent the odd sweeper from wrecking shit up. The very surprise/stupidity can limit moveset, but depending on the situation, it's worth it.

wait waitwait did you say the darmanitan knew taunt AND roar wtf

Well F.E.A.R is a viable strategy with its own pros and cons. Due to the fact that it CAN kick the butts off of plenty of things like choice locked pokes and is good for forcing sweepers to switch out.
I've used an Aron in a hyper offence team before and it was more then able to hold up with the ou ladder.

You mention Tangrowth in OU when there is a Delphox, Porygon-Z, Blissey and Cincinno who are all worse Pokemon in OU.
