I think that works (slightly) in its favor, but the starters having same BST is pretty unrealistic since most starters have different BSTs.

Presumably Pikachu 1 and Pikachu 2 are supposed to the the scrubbed slots for Paradox Suicune and Virizion, which would line up with the claims that they were in the game once and then removed to be added later in DLC.
If this is fake, the faker at least did their homework. Dexited Pokémon in Sword/Shield hacked into the game are just placeholder Pikachu.

If the stats are real Quaquaval honestly seems like a worse gyarados in many ways, stats are worse across the board except sp attack that doesn't matter at all, 1 point in def which won't really matter, and 4 points in speed but it's still going to be too slow for that to matter very often
There is always some merit to fast walls/supports.
But it also does depend hugely on the moveset

Did you hear thats what the moves do or thats a guess based on their names? I don't see drought being a big help to many of those past pokemon, and only some of the futures benifit electric terrain.
