I think that persistent negative rng is a phenomenon that has a beginning and an end. That is, at some point it will end. In this way, a player affected by this situation can always wait for the persistent negative rng to end and transform into ordinary rng. On the other hand, separating emotions and self-criticism from game criticism is another strategy that can also be useful for a player affected by persistent negative rng.
