receives double defense from mew and kills with stored power, burns things it can't harm+stall

Mew @ Mental Herb
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 255 HP / 255 Def
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Iron Defense
- Amnesia
- Baton Pass
- Softboiled
main centerpiece 1:sets up defenses and passes, mental herb for taunts and pranksters, softboiled means it survives forever.

Winds (Togekiss) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 255 HP / 255 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Echoed Voice
- Air Slash
- Safeguard
- Roost

echoed voice is the single most op move. starts off as 40 bp, goes up by 40 each time, augmented by espeon's calm minds, its 372 atk, and stab, it tears through teams. It usually has 6/6 defenses at this point as well. air slash murders things with protect. even without any boosts, echoed voice kiss will kill chansey. safeguard has saved me innumerous times

Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Dragon Pulse
- Thunder Wave
- Recover
- Roar

paralysis mule/dragon clean-up, phazing, general lead

Espeon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Magic Bounce
EVs: 255 HP / 220 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Psychic
- Baton Pass
- Calm Mind
- Grass Knot

magic bounce op. receives boosts from mew then passes to togekiss.


general strat:
start off with either mew/latias looking at preview. if mainly stall go with mew. If a rain team, i go to latias and proceed to thunder wave spread and switch to mew later.

The main threat to this team is perish song. But lucario and lucario are just throwaway pokes to kill the perish songer at all costs. also problematic are dragon tail phazers, but the only notable one is dragonite which i go to sigilyph for.

mainly, can you guys recommend some better ev spreads? I've been consistenly winning extremely easily, but i think that a better ev spread will be needed later on as I move up the ranks.
 
The thing is, your evs look pretty good the way they are. It would be hard to change anyone who has 252HP ev because those are your baton passers and that is your strat. Not much change you can do as far as evs from as far as I can see.
