-Excadrill has been adjusted; Rock Slide and Life Orb no longer appear on Setup Sweeper (which has been changed to Bulky Setup to be more accurate), and Excadrill now has a second set of AV Pivot with Rock Slide, Iron Head, Earthquake, and Rapid Spin with Tera Grass/Water.
-Palafin's sets have been split between Choice Band and Bulk Up. Bulk Up now runs Drain Punch over Close Combat and has Tera Dragon/Steel instead of Water/Fighting, and Choice Band Palafin no longer runs Ice Punch and will always have Wave Crash and Flip Turn. -Eternatus now has a third set with Meteor Beam, Dynamax Cannon, Sludge Bomb, and Fire Blast, with Tera Dragon/Fire/Poison and a Power Herb.

-non-Tera Blast Frosmoth now runs Hurricane again, meaning that set no longer always has Bug Buzz.
-Swords Dance Exeggutor-Alola has been removed. This time, it is being replaced with a Fast Attacker set with Draco Meteor, Wood Hammer, Flamethrower, and any one of Stun Spore/Sleep Powder/Knock Off/Dragon Tail/Moonlight with Sitrus Harvest. -In Gens 3-5, Shedinja will no longer appear after a damaging weather setter has been generated on the team.

12/1/2024:

Level balancing occurred.

Gen 9 Random Battle:

-We have instituted a new long-term goal where we want to increase the rate of "anti-setup" moves and strategies, to better combat the amount of setup spam Gen 9 is. We'll even keep some of these moves and strategies around even if their winrate is slightly lower than it would be without. As such:
--Zoroark's sets have been split between Choice item and Nasty Plot. The Nasty Plot set has Encore as a possibility.
--Swords Dance Quaquaval: +Encore
--Delphox: -Tera Psychic, +Encore
--Added a third set for Alolan Persian of Heavy-Duty Boots with Knock Off/Taunt/Thunder Wave/Parting Shot, Tera Ghost/Fairy/Poison
--Added a second set for Tornadus (Incarnate) of Prankster Knock Off/Taunt/Bleakwind Storm/U-turn, Tera Dark/Ground/Steel
--Lycanroc: +Taunt (again)
--Pyroar: +Taunt

--AV Eelektross: +Dragon Tail
--AV Ampharos: +Dragon Tail
--Hazards Garchomp: -Stone Edge, +Dragon Tail
--Mudsdale: -Tera Fighting, -Body Press (it's not as strong as you think), +Tera Steel, +Roar, Choice Band is gone.
--Added a third set for Vaporeon of WishTect with Roar or Haze as the last move, otherwise identical to the other sets.
--Added back the Life Orb Poltergeist/Focus Blast/Hyper Voice/Will-O-Wisp Hisuian Zoroark set for its ability to burn things that aren't expecting it.
--Added a third set to Slither Wing of Heavy-Duty Boots with Morning Sun, Close Combat, U-turn, and Will-O-Wisp. Tera Steel/Fire. Morning Sun was removed from the set that used to have it.
--Added a third set to Gothitelle of Leftovers with Psychic Noise, Focus Blast, Dark Pulse, and Thunder Wave, with all the funny immunity Teras and no Tera Psychic.

-Also, we've changed the "AV Pivot" role to actually enforce Volt Switch or U-turn if they're on the set (it didn't do that before)! As such:
--AV Ampharos still always has Volt Switch with Dragon Tail as an option now.
--AV Luxray now always has Volt Switch.

--AV Eelektross now always has U-turn
--AV Clawitzer now always has U-turn

1/3/2025 (sorry for posting this late):

Gen 9 Random Battle:
-Fast Support Raichu: -Nuzzle.
-Lugia now runs a second Calm Mind set with Psychic Noise instead of Earth Power.
-Staraptor has been set split to always have Close Combat and Double-Edge, and runs Tera Normal as an option.
-Protean Greninja now has a second set without Dark Pulse. It is Tera Poison to enforce Gunk Shot, and runs Spikes instead of Toxic Spikes.
-Fezandipiti's non-SD sets run Moonblast instead of Play Rough since it is more accurate and their damage output is similar.

Gen 9 Random Doubles Battle:
-Weezing-Galar has been split into two sets: Life Orb 3 attacks + Protect, and a Sitrus Berry set with support moves.
-Quagsire runs Water Absorb sometimes.

Old Gens:
-In Gen 7, Alomomola no longer runs Knock Off and always has Toxic.
-In Gen 7, Nasty Plot Chatot no longer runs Substitute.
-In Gens 6-7, Furfrou no longer runs Dark Pulse.
-In Gens 5-7, Dugtrio's Choice Band set runs Double-Edge instead of Memento, and its Life Orb/Focus Sash (in lead) set runs either Stealth Rock or Hone Claws.
-In Gen 6, Swords Dance Kabutops is now Weak Armor, like in Gen 7, despite only giving +1 Spe.
-In Gen 4, Rotom (base) now has a Leftovers set with Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Pain Split, and Wisp/Twave.
-In Gen 3, Belly Drum Linnone is always Hidden Power Ground instead of Hidden Power Fighting, because Hidden Power Ground provides additional coverage against targets with Static/Flame Body/Poison Point.
-In Gen 2, Ariados is now level 81 instead of 77, because it is considered weak, especially after removing Baton Pass + Spider Web.
-In Gen 2, Blastoise no longer runs Zap Cannon.
-In Gen 1, Jigglypuff always runs Seismic Toss.

Battle Factory update, 1/19/2025:
-Stealth Rock is now enforced on 99.7% of non-Ubers teams. This is the highest we can get without additional consequences. If you get a non-Ubers team without Stealth Rock, you got really unlucky.
-All Pokemon B- rank and below in their tier's Viability Rankings, with the exception of Ubers Skeledirge and Toxapex (due to Koraidon existing) and NU Infernape (due to Mienshao's ban), are now no longer in Battle Factory. This should solve any concerns with getting Pokemon that are too niche. UU's viability rankings are heavily out of date so I used Hannah to gain an up-to-date snapshot of what should be considered B- and below.
-Individual Pokemon weightings have been rebalanced and spread out more to accommodate the much smaller pool of Pokemon. Pokemon in the tier by usage are more common than similarly-viable Pokemon that aren't in the tier by usage, on average.
-RU's spreads of middling-speed Pokemon have been changed to no longer speed creep the nonexistent Conkeldurr.
-Tier shifts for January have been implemented, and Rhyperior was also added to RU, from December's quickdrops. Mamoswine in RU and Torterra in PU are excluded because my consultants told me they're definitely getting banned. We'll see if they're right.
-PU Bombirdier no longer runs its Specially Defensive set due to the lack of Meloetta.

There is no midmonth update for other formats at this time.

--Jumpluff's role has been changed to Bulky Protect. Yes, I'm aware it doesn't have Protect. It's for technical reasons.
--Tyranitar's Doubles Support set has been changed to Doubles Bulky Attacker; Thunder Wave and Protect have been removed from it and this set is now always AV. Its tera types have been changed to Ghost/Flying/Steel.
--Altaria's first set was changed to Doubles Bulky Attacker, and its second set was changed to Doubles Support. Its second set also dropped Protect in favor of Tailwind.
--Vaporeon's WishTect sets were split off into its own Bulky Protect set, which can roll the moves it used to. Vaporeon's original set still has Protect without Wish and is still Doubles Support.
--Ludicolo: -Ice Beam
--Support Empoleon: -Ice Beam
--Tinkaton: -Thunder Wave
--Articuno and Moltres were changed to Doubles Bulky Attacker. Moltres now has Scorching Sands whenever it is Tera Ground.
--Support Maushold: -U-turn
--Froslass: -Spikes
