[SET COMMENTS]
Quiver Dance Volcarona is a very interesting Pokemon in Regulation G because of its amazing setup potential, good bulk, and respectable damage after Quiver Dance. Volcarona does well against Zamazenta-C and Calyrex-I, since it can 2HKO both of them with Flamethrower. The Special Defense investment allows Volcarona to almost always survive a Life Orb Blood Moon from Ursaluna-B and three non-Terastallized Choice Specs Moonblasts from Flutter Mane. The Speed investment allows it to outspeed Pokemon with base 135 Speed after a Quiver Dance, and a Timid nature lets Volcarona outspeed Calyrex-S after one Quiver Dance as well. 92 Defense EVs allow it to survive 2 Icicle Crashes from Chien-Pao and two Behemoth Blades from Zacian-C after Leftovers recovery. Flame Body is a great ability, as being able to burn an opposing Pokemon is very valuable in case you are facing down Pokemon such as Urshifu-R and Zamazenta-C. Volcarona loves to run Tera Dragon to give it helpful resistances to Water- and Electric-type moves such as Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R and Electro Drift from Miraidon.

Volcarona can, however, have some tough matchups. Kyogre specifically is a horrible matchup for it, as Water Spout is a guaranteed OHKO against a Volcarona that is not Terastallized. Both Kyogre and Pelipper can dampen Volcarona's damage output as well, forcing it to rely on Bug Buzz, which does not threaten Kyogre or Pelipper in the slightest. Koraidon and the Ogerpon formes can all do massive damage to it as well. The aforementioned Urshifu-R is also a check to Volcarona, since it can OHKO Volcarona that is not Terastallized with Surging Strikes. Pelipper and Tornadus are also threats since they can hit Volcarona for super effective damage with their STAB moves. A lot of these bad matchups are why it is so important to run Miraidon next to Volcarona, as Miraidon can OHKO the aforementioned checks. Incineroar, Rillaboom, and Iron Hands can all help with setting up Quiver Dance with Fake Out, and Whimsicott can help set up Quiver Dance with Encore or provide speed control with Tailwind in case Quiver Dance isn’t the best option in the current game state.

[SET COMMENTS]

Quiver Dance Volcarona is a great Pokemon in Regulation G because of its great matchup into multiple restricteds (Mention examples), good bulk, and absurd damage after Quiver Dance., and great synergy with Miraidon compositions (Cut down the Miraidon part. It's elaborated on in paragraph 2). Volcarona does great into Zamazenta, as Flamethrower can be a liability due to Zamazenta’s weakness to the Fire typing (How is Flamethrower a liability? The sentence is a contradiction. Also, matchups goes into 2nd Paragraph). Flamethrower is a consistent damage option that can become massive after a Quiver Dance or two. Heat Wave, despite its accuracy, can also work as a good Fire STAB due to its powerful spread damage and ability to weaken two foes, allowing other Pokemon to pick up knockouts more easily. (Mention Fiery Dance before Heat Wave and it's advantages) Bug Buzz provides good coverage against non-Terastallized Ogerpon-Wellspring Ogerpon-W which Volcarona can struggle with if you don’t run it (Not entirely true. Flamethrower hits it for neutral, and Tera Dragon walls it. Also mention how you have a means to damage Incineroar, Miraidon, Chi-Yu and Tera Grass Kyogre in Rain with Bug Buzz). Giga Drain allows great coverage against Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Urshifu-R, which is a tough matchup for Volcarona due to Volcarona’s weakness to Surging Strikes. 252 HP is great, as it enables Volcarona to be supported by Leftovers more easily. 12 Special Defense allows Volcarona to be able to live a Life Orb Blood Moon from Ursaluna-Bloodmoon Ursaluna-B. Investing in 12 Sp. Def Special Defense also allows Quiver Dance Volcarona to live 3 Non-terastallized Choice Specs Moonblasts from Flutter Mane, as well as giving you a small chance to live two non-Specs and non-Terastalized Astral Barrages from Calyrex Shadow Calyrex-S. (Merge the 2 sentences about Special Defense into one, the analysis is huge right now) Speed and Special Attack investment is a bit more flexible, you could run 140 Speed to outspeed Calyrex-S, Chien-Pao and max speed Flutter Mane after one Quiver Dance. However, this could be completely useless and exploitable. The main reason for this is that Volcarona cannot KO either Chien-Pao or Flutter Mane even after a boost (Doesn't have to OHKO Flutter Mane, Volcarona tanks it after a Quiver Dance. So it's not entirely useless. Chien-Pao always run Focus Sash, doesn't mean the speed advantage is useless. Change this sentence). Though, there is a positive side to this as well. The main positive side is that Volcarona can sit on the field without getting hit super effectively by either Chien-Pao or Flutter Mane. Volcarona still loves to go Timid though, as you can outspeed Calyrex-Shadow after one Quiver Dance boost. (Merge and shorten the sentences on Special Attack and Speed, keep it crisp and clear) There is a downside to this though, and that is the fact that you would be losing a lot of damage that Modest Volcarona would love to use. (The back and forth on the negatives on Timid can make the reader confused on what set to actually run. Mention Timid and it's uses first clearly, and then Modest.) Finally, 92 Defense Volcarona is the way to go. As Volcarona will have a small, but still lovely chance to get 3HKO’d by an Adamant 252 Attack Chien-Pao Icicle Crash after Leftovers recovery. As well as being able to survive a +1 252 Attack Behemoth Blade from Zacian-C after Leftovers recovery (Volcarona survives it anyways since it resists Behemoth Blade). And finally, a 252 Attack Orichalcum Pulse Koraidon Flare Blitz will have only a 43% chance to OHKO (Most Koraidon is Adamant, which has a 93% chance to OHKO with Flare Blitz)., not the greatest, but certainly not bad. Volcarona loves to run either Tera Dragon or Tera Fairy, as Tera Dragon/Tera Fairy Tera Blast (Tera Blast isn't the primary reason one runs Tera Dragon/Fairy on Volcarona. Mention Tera Blast along with the moves explanation and rework this sentence.) gives you a good matchup against Raging Bolt and Urshifu-Single-Strike Urshifu-R. This also let’s you hit Incineroar well, which you normally can’t with Flamethrower or Heat Wave. (Mention the defensive side of Tera Dragon providing elemental resistance and Fairy being a solid neutral typing into most of the meta)

Quiver Dance Volcarona can however, have some tough matchups. Weather teams specifically give Volcarona a hard time. Kyogre specifically (Both Kyogre and Koraidon gives Volcarona a horrible time. Even Pelipper can heavily nerf it). is a horrible matchup for it, as Water Spout is always a guaranteed OHKO onto Volcarona unless you Tera, which becomes a huge liability. Koraidon can also one-shot Volcarona with Collision Course (Collision Course is a resist on non Tera Volcarona and doesn't OHKO Tera Volcarona) and sometimes Flare Blitz as well (Rework this sentence to mention how Collision deals huge damage to Terastallized Volcarona, and OHKO non Tera Volcarona with Flare Blitz). Groudon is also typically paired with Ogerpon-Hearthflame, which can Terastalize and one-shot Volcarona under any circumstance.(Groudon not really meta relevant right now) Also mentioned earlier is Urshifu Rapid Strike Urshifu-R, which can one-shot Volcarona with Surging Strikes, though Tera will burn this off and Urshifu Rapid Strike Urshifu-R becomes much less of a liability threat. Incineroar is also difficult to hit with Flamethrower and Heat Wave. Pelipper and Tornadus can also hit Volcarona super effectively with Weather Ball/Hurricane and Bleakwind Storm, respectively. A lot of these bad matchups is why it is so important to run Miraidon next to Quiver Dance Volcarona. As Miraidon can OHKO Pokemon such as Incineroar, Urshifu-Rapid-Strike, Urshifu-R, all of the Ogerpon forms formes, Kyogre, and Groudon, to name a few (Mention Koraidon as well). Iron Hands with Fake Out also supports it and helps it set up Quiver Dance more easily. Whimsicott can also provide support with Encore and set up Tailwind, and you have two other big damage dealers with Miraidon and Ursaluna Bloodmoon. Ursaluna-B. (Mention how Volcarona has a good matchup into Calyrex-I, Zacian-C, Zamazenta-C, Lunala after Terastallization, and can Quiver Dance to better handle Terapagos and Chi-Yu)

A lot of these bad matchups is why it is so important to run Miraidon next to Volcarona, as Miraidon can OHKO the aforementioned checks. Iron Hands with Fake Out helps it set up Quiver Dance. And Whimsicott can also provide support with Encore and set up Tailwind. (why are encore and twind important?)

Quiver Dance Volcarona is a great Pokemon in Regulation G because of its great setup potential, good bulk, and great damage after Quiver Dance. Volcarona does great into Zamazenta-C and Calyrex-I, since it can deal massive damage with Flamethrower. The Special Defense investment allows Volcarona to almost always live a Life Orb Blood Moon from Ursaluna-B, and 3 Non-terastallized Choice Specs Moonblasts from Flutter Mane. The Speed investment allows you to outspeed Pokemon with 135 speed after a Quiver Dance, and a Timid nature allows Volcarona to also outspeed Calyrex-S after one Quiver Dance as well. 92 Defense allows you to live 2 Sword of Ruin Is this necessary? Pao's only ability is sword of ruin Icicle Crash’s from Chien-Pao, as well as being able to survive 2 Behemoth Blade‘s from Zacian-C after Leftovers recovery Up to you, but zama/caly I as a calc would be really nice. You don't mention resisting them which is understandable as it may be taken as dex info but being able to take their hits and potentially burn with flame body is huge. Speaking of which, you don't mention how valuable flame body is in punishing both restricteds and things like urshifu-r.. Volcarona loves to run Tera Dragon since it gives you helpful resistances to Water- and Electric-type moves such as Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R and Electro Drift from Miraidon. Offensive calcs? Some examples:
12 SpA Volcarona Flamethrower vs. 252 HP / 60 SpD Calyrex-Ice Rider: 102-122 (49.2 - 58.9%) -- 98% chance to 2HKO
12 SpA Volcarona Flamethrower vs. 220 HP / 84 SpD Zamazenta-Crowned: 96-114 (49.2 - 58.4%) -- 93.8% chance to 2HKO
+1 12 SpA Volcarona Flamethrower vs. 244 HP / 4 SpD Calyrex-Shadow Rider: 99-117 (48 - 56.7%) -- 85.2% chance to 2HKO

Volcarona can however, have some tough matchups. Kyogre specifically is a horrible matchup for it, as Water Spout is always a guaranteed OHKO onto Volcarona that is not Terastallized How true is this though as volc can in fact terastallize and set up quiver dance. 252+ SpA Kyogre Ice Beam vs. +1 252 HP / 12 SpD Tera-Dragon Volcarona: 80-96 (41.6 - 50%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery. Perhaps also mention rain as a damaging factor to volcarona's damage output, forcing it to rely on bug buzz and the fact that it doesn't threaten kyogre in the slightest. Pelipper is also a good mention for this reason, it has rain, a forced tera and even resists bug buzz. You mention peli but only as an offensive check. Koraidon and the Ogerpon formes can all do massive damage to it as well. The aforementioned Urshifu-R is also a check to Volcarona, since it can one-shot Volcarona that is not Terastallized with Surging Strikes. Pelipper and Tornadus are also threats since they can hit Volcarona for super effective damage with their STAB moves. A lot of these bad matchups is why it is so important to run Miraidon next to Volcarona, as Miraidon can OHKO the aforementioned checks. Iron Hands do you want to elaborate on Hands specifically? You only bring fake out as your argument which is shared with Incineroar and Rillaboom, who technically help volc better. Ie, hands fit really well on mirai teams, also ohkos most of the aforementioned checks while having a positive mu into all of them. with Fake Out helps it set up Quiver Dance. And Whimsicott can help set up Quiver Dance with Encore, and can also provide speed control with Tailwind in case Quiver Dance isn’t the best option in the current game state.

Quiver Dance Volcarona is a great you’ve used the word “great” 3 times here, so it would be good to choose some different adjectives to vary the prose Pokemon in Regulation G because of its great setup potential, good bulk, and great damage after Quiver Dance. Volcarona does great into well against Zamazenta-C and Calyrex-I, since it can 2HKO both of them with Flamethrower. The Special Defense investment allows Volcarona to almost always live survive a Life Orb Blood Moon from Ursaluna-B, (RC) and 3 Non-terastallized three non-Terastallized Choice Specs Moonblasts from Flutter Mane. The Speed investment allows you it "you" only refers to the battler to outspeed Pokemon with base 135 speed Speed after a Quiver Dance, and a Timid nature allows lets repetition Volcarona to also outspeed Calyrex-S after one Quiver Dance as well. 92 Defense EVs allows you allow it to live survive 2 Icicle Crash’s two Icicle Crashes from Chien-Pao, (RC) and being able to survive 2 Behemoth Blade‘s two Behemoth Blades from Zacian-C after Leftovers recovery. Flame Body is a great ability, as being able to burn an opposing Pokemon is very valuable in case you are facing down Pokemon such as Urshifu-R and Zamazenta-C. Volcarona loves to run Tera Dragon since it gives you to give it helpful resistances to Water- and Electric-type moves such as Surging Strikes from Urshifu-R and Electro Drift from Miraidon.

Volcarona can, (AC) however, have some tough matchups. Kyogre specifically is a horrible matchup for it, as Water Spout is always a guaranteed OHKO onto against Volcarona that is not Terastallized. Both Kyogre and Pelipper can dampen Volcarona's damage output as well, forcing it to rely on Bug Buzz, (AC) which does not threaten both Kyogre and or Pelipper in the slightest. Koraidon and the Ogerpon formes can all do massive damage to it as well. The aforementioned Urshifu-R is also a check to Volcarona, since it can one-shot OHKO Volcarona that is not Terastallized with Surging Strikes. Pelipper and Tornadus are also threats since they can hit Volcarona for super effective damage with their STAB moves. A lot of these bad matchups is are why it is so important to run Miraidon next to Volcarona, as Miraidon can OHKO the aforementioned checks. Incineroar, Rillaboom, and Iron Hands can all help with setting up Quiver Dance by with Fake Out. And , (AC) and Whimsicott can help set up Quiver Dance with Encore, (RC) and can also or provide speed control with Tailwind in case Quiver Dance isn’t the best option in the current game state.
