So your team is extremely fun to use, I've battled on the ladder with it a couple of times now and it's definitely unconventional compared to regular rain teams although I'm sure that's intended. One thing I've noticed that this team could possibly worry about is Urshifu-Rapid-Strike, Blissey, and Rillaboom. I was essentially testing this team out with my friend and we found three sets that can cause some trouble:

:Urshifu-Rapid-Strike:
Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Protective Pads :Protective Pads:
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Surging Strikes
- Close Combat
- Thunder Punch
- Aqua Jet

:Rillaboom:
Rillaboom @ Life Orb :LIfe Orb:
Ability: Grassy Surge
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Grassy Glide
- Swords Dance
- Superpower
- U-Turn

:Blissey:
Blissey @ Leftovers :Leftovers:
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- Soft-Boiled
- Teleport

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike with Protective Pads is incredibly good against Ferrothorn, Close Combat being a 2HKO and there being no recoil from Iron Barbs. Due to this set using Body Press over Power Whip, Ferrothorn doesn't do much to Urshifu-R. Zapdos isn't a safe switch in either due to Surging Strikes OHKO'ing in the rain and Protective Pads defending Urshifu-R from paralysis. Urshifu-R can also do Surging Strikes on the second turn against Ferrothorn just in case they switch Zapdos in. Pelliper in this team uses a specially defensive EV spread so Thunder Punch OHKO's. Urshifu-R outspeeds and OHKO's Porygon-Z with Close Combat too. Now if Tapu Lele is run over Zapdos then it's still not a switch in due to Surging Strikes being an OHKO. Urshifu-R can feed off of your rain and use it to it's advantage. Zapdos and Tapu Lele outspeed, yes but if it's run with Blissey, Urshifu-R will have a switch in against them. If Tapu Lele uses Psyshock against Blissey it can be an easy switch into Rillaboom which takes it. Rillaboom proceeds to set up Swords Dance because it's an obvious Ferrothorn switch in. A Superpower at +2 OHKO's Ferrothorn and can proceed to pressure the team.

252 Atk Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Close Combat vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Ferrothorn: 236-278 (67.2 - 79.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 Atk Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Surging Strikes (3 hits) vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Ferrothorn in Rain on a critical hit: 84-99 (23.9 - 28.2%) -- approx. 98.9% chance to 4HKO

252+ Def Ferrothorn Body Press vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Urshifu-Rapid-Strike: 97-115 (28.4 - 33.7%) -- 0.3% chance to 3HKO

252 Atk Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Surging Strikes (3 hits) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Zapdos in Rain on a critical hit: 324-381 (100.9 - 118.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 Atk Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Thunder Punch vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Pelipper: 328-388 (101.5 - 120.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 Atk Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Close Combat vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Porygon-Z: 524-620 (168.4 - 199.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 Atk Urshifu-Rapid-Strike Surging Strikes (3 hits) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tapu Lele in Rain on a critical hit: 354-423 (125.9 - 150.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 SpA Zapdos Thunder vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Blissey: 135-160 (18.9 - 22.4%) -- possible 5HKO

252 SpA Zapdos Hurricane vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Blissey: 135-160 (18.9 - 22.4%) -- possible 5HKO

252 SpA Zapdos Weather Ball (100 BP Water) vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Blissey in Rain: 123-145 (17.2 - 20.3%) -- possible 5HKO

+2 252+ Atk Life Orb Rillaboom Superpower vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Ferrothorn: 432-510 (122.7 - 144.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

It's still fairly easy to beat due to the lack of a recovery move, you can set up Leech Seed with Ferrothorn and instantly switch into either Porygon-Z or Zapdos and pressure it by spamming Thunder. Forcing out a setup Pokemon like Substitute Protect Suicune should be of higher priority so staying in with Ferrothorn isn't the play. Suicune just doesn't sweep the team, its calculations against Pelliper are insanely low so Pelliper with Leech Seed recovery out stalls if you don't want to risk losing Porygon-Z or Zapdos.
The problem is that you can never get leech seed if they substitute

I feel like the problem is pp stalling from subprotect suicune, cuz after a calm mind, it doens't take over 50% from anything besides barrascuda close combat and pz thunder. If u go future sight, itll do 50% and u'll have to switch out, letting them cm for free

The idea is that you click Future Sight as they click Protect. If you don't think they'll use protect, go for Thunder and it'll do tons with a 30% para chance as well. Suicune is tough for rain, but with some simple reads it can be dealt with fairly easily, and it realistically shouldn't be entering sweeping territory. If PP stalling is becoming an issue, double at some point on the Protect and go into another pokemon that can break sub / faint Suicune.

P.S. I meant leech seed as they swap in, the Suicune will definitely click sub if it gets in on Ferro for free. It's rare, but if you really have an issue with it, just run Power Whip, probably over Leech Seed.

I'm glad you're having fun with the team! These pokemon are threatening, especially Pads Urshifu and Rillaboom. Both of these can be dealt with by offensive pressure and, in some cases, risky predictions. That particular Urshifu set is very scary, but to be honest there's not much I can do about it. Basically every rain has a scary time vs a Pads Tpunch Shifu. As for the Rillaboom, if they SD as you go Ferrothorn, and you stay in, well, yea you lose-- that's sort of just how most offenses work though. If you get outplayed against a threatening sweeper, it goes poorly. Rilla is more threatening than other sweepers, but it's still relatively manageable with Helm ferro and Zapdos / Lele. I often stay in on Rillaboom with pokemon like Seismitoad, because who's clicking Grassy Glide? Sometimes it pays off, sometimes not. As for Blissey, not sure I agree. Almost all Blissey teams rely on Blissey as a special wall, as it's a pretty crappy pokemon and that's all it does. PorygonZ being an extremely capable Special breaker that ruins Blissey paired with Barraskewda typically absolutely destroys Blissey teams, at least all the ones that I've faced. I hope this helps deal with these threats, thanks for posting such a thorough message with calcs after testing the team! :)

Yeah, i was going to do Barraskewda calcs to see how much it did against Urshifu-R and Rillaboom but it was 3 AM so I was pretty tired. I'm always happy to test teams, when seeing creative teams like this I pretty much instantly jump into matches. Although I get what you mean when you say there isn't much you can do, every team has a weakness.

this is a few months later and according to pikalytics porygon-Z is at 0.76% usage the highest its been in a long time. it teammates are also always listed as this team and at about 70% usage on P-Z teams. this means that about 0.5% of teams and 1% of battles in OU use your team. thats a huge number for a tier with thousands of active players. noy only that but this is monthc after you posted your team. truly incredible.
