Did you not see Hisuian Lilligant or Tapu Genie? We're getting R34 before release.
And now i cant play the game until gamefreak confirm i can transfer my Dewott from W2 to legends, not that i hate regular samurott but the new one is just too cool.

Truth be told, it doesn’t look drastically different from Unovan Basculin, Red more specifically. Amusingly, Basculegion does have a second stripe variant after all!
I for one actually liked the Hisuian designs of Typhlosion, Samurott and Decidueye a lot. Kinda preferred standard Samurott over the Hisuian one, still.
So there's a Hisuian Basculin. Damn I was hoping for Unovan to become it
EDIT: It's another form of Basculin, which is the only one to evolve to Basculegion

PSA for anyone who's not feeling these designs: Keep in mind we're seeing them at their absolute worst. Literally just static pngs against blank backgrounds without any additional context or lore. This is especially relevant for Typhlosion
Well that is an interesting typing, I was expecting Dragon / Rock, but Dragon / Steel is actually a good type for a bulky poke like Goodra!
Might actually be solid assuming Decidueye's regular stats. Also would actually benefit from Long Reach assuming it'll keep that ability in gen 9, since most Fighting stabs make contact.
So another Fire/Ghost to join the fray... if it actually keeps Eruption this could actually be a strong Scarfer. Looking forward to it.
Once more Samurott fails to get Water/Fighting and... I'm pretty sure it'd just end up being a worse Greninja in any game where both factor in. But hey, at least it's more interesting than plain water.
Notably, I credit they once more maintained a pseudo-second-trio with the secondary types: Fighting / Ghost / Dark have some sort of resist / supereffective triangle albeith not as perfect as FWG.

I was actually expecting Psychic there... hey, the typing is solid, also fuck you Garchomp, and I'll be curious to see what sort of stat spread it has, and what abilities it'll get in gen 9
There are two forms of Basculin in Hisui- the modern Red Stripe form and this one, which I assume becomes the modern day Blue Stripe form
Any source about this? I certainly did not think that the cyan-silver Stripe is distinct enough to be really classified as Hisuian form when compared to other Hisuian forms, but I need some further proof for clarifications.

Also, if you think of it, what other 4 legged poke is actually mentioned in this game and has some striking resemblance to the pose of these 2? ;)
I hope they aren't pulling out ANOTHER fusion obviously, but I myself am curious of... why these specific forms.
Pretty much everyone was expecting some sort of "Primal Palkia/Dialga" since basically ORAS at this point but this one is... intriguing.
And yes I sincerely hope the actual ingame animated model looks better than these static pngs.

With the inclusion of the 4th Genie, we have all 4 of the Heavenly Beasts from Chinese and Japanese mythology, with the 4th one being based off of Genbu, a yokai turtle with snake features
Also Hisuian Lilligant is Grass/Fighting, I added it in my initial post
Other than Electrode, now I want to hug H-Qwilfish, its eyes tell me it needs it.
I'm also pretty confident both of these would be extremely terrible ideas.
Any info on the new Basculin stripe color? It’s pure Water according to Khu but the Red and Blue Stripes are nowhere to be seen in the model dumps so far.
I think those are shinies?
