Last week was quite sth. So many haxes across different teams. Let's hope this week will be much "calmer". Now, on M4A, it turns out the match between hidin and tempo was the most interesting one to watch, out of all games in M4A last week. Not only did hidin surprise me with their choice of team, but it also looked pretty solid, Weavile mu aside. But they did have double Rocky Helmet to try wearing it down on paper at least, iirc. Luckily enough, there was no Weavile. That said, hidin had such a good start, I was starting to believe there was no way for tempo to win the game, especially with the crucial Toxic miss. But through sheer determination and a little bit of luck, tempo emerged victorious. Really cool choice of Mega Pokémon, btw., whoever created it. Haha.
Okay, enough talking, here's my prediction for this week.

Comment: I wished it was already Saturday or Sunday or whenever Smudge and TPP play just so I can watch the game already. I assume Smudge's hyper offense team had M Scizor, which is interesting because if true, it would mirror TPP who definitely did use a vanilla Mega Pokémon. I wonder if, out of comfortability and familiarity (with regard to a non M4A metagame), they will both run a vanilla Mega Pokémon or come up with sth. new. That said, this match could be close. I don't know these players well enough, but I'm going for TPP due to better familiarity.

Comment: After 0-2 (if I'm not mistaken), I believe lady luck will smile for hidin. Just so. This is, perhaps, the one match I'm most looking forward to for this week. Love dex's heat choices of Mega Pokémon so far, and I can't wait to see what hidin will come up this week, that is if they'll resort to a M4A Mega Pokémon.

Comment: Hm, this looks like a match in favour of the CCC but last time I made a similar prediction for the CCC, it didn't turn out as I wanted to. Perhaps, the Tropius will surprise us. Fear the mighty fruits. Anyway, the match between Tempo and Iso will be interesting. Geko is familiar with M4A. So, Tempo can always rely on him for support and training. But will that be enough to overcome the menace that Iso is? If Iso showed us anything, it's that despite his break, he still has it in him and is someone to watch out for, making TPP sweat, I presume. (Hey, I have to bolster Iso's ego after last week).

Before I forget, I wonder if, at the end of week 3, there are still undefeated players.

Hoenn Gaiden OU: SEA vs goldmason - SEA got cooked last week but I think that's just a testament to violet's skill. That being said, goldmason beat Ty and therefore I must bold them.

Fakemon Frontier OU: Monai vs Copen - As much as I hate to admit it, Copen has been cooking so far. All her squads get roasted by Shifteor tho
Megas Revisited OU: Lostmemories vs tier - tier has NOT been cooking so far, so I must give this to LM despite them being new to the format.
Multiverse OU: hellom vs TDNT - Wild matchup, but pretty much the inverse of the above in that hellom is new to the format and TDNT has been cooking.
Vaporemons OU: Xrn vs Nashrock - Fun matchup. Gonna give it to Nash cause they've solved the meta (trust)
Teramax OU: scionicle vs Baddy - Baddy sweep or smth idk

Hoenn Gaiden OU: violet river vs Rezzo - violet is coming off a major upset win last week, while Rezzo had an unfortunate loss. The answer is clear here.
Fusion Evolution SV OU: Orangesodapop vs earl - OSP sweep continues (the hax last week was unbelievable. and the matchup fishing. truly insane. the level of fishing. and hax.)
Fakemon Frontier OU: Irene vs Mossy Sandwich - No way Mossy loses to a fresh face.
Megas Revisited OU: Exotic64 vs Paulluxx - Paul may have lost to the GOAT, but he should be able to take the win here.
Multiverse OU: Mimilucha vs feen - feen has been cooking.
Vaporemons OU: Fragments vs Baloor - something something baloor+paul core
Teramax OU: Gekokeso vs EeveeGirl1380 - Geko may have lost his touch, if his team's record is anything to go by. Also TM is a busted meta so experience doesn't help much imo.

The HG pool has been surprisingly strong this year, unless folks are just bringing samples without me realizing. Looking forward to both of those games, as well as Xrn v Nashrock and Tempo v IsoCon. OSP v Earl is also sure to be a funny match regardless of who wins, though expect MAJOR johning from OSP no matter what happens.
