Hmm this is really close between dragon dance krook and focus blast Pidgeot to me. On the one hand, krook absolutely obliterates offense at +1, with its fantastic coverage, good speed (outspeed lando by 1;)) and high BP stab moves. While on the other hand, Pidgeot has like, 2 switchins that aren't stall orientated (zapdos and av raikou), and decimates balance, which is very important in this meta.
So I guess after thinking about that I will vote for...
