Atk-Def Equality
Each Pokemon's offensive stat and its respective defensive stat becomes equal. The higher stat between the offensive and defensive stat is used for both stats.

Every Pokemon has two distinct battle stances, which will swap their offensive stats with their defensive ones based on the stance they're currently in.

Every Pokemon on your team has access to all of the moves and abilities abilities of the first Pokemon in your teamslot, but you lose access to your own movepool and abilities.
