It doesn't quite use the sets you posted but the sample team made by a loser has Sheer Force mmy + PH mmx, just with a couple of different moves on the mmx to what you wanted.

One of the suggested moves in the rmt makes the mmx set pretty much what you asked for so you can probably change it up a bit to suit you.
