Since I don't care about Stealth Rock, I suppose Yawn could be a good 4th move to scare away ghosts that come in to block your spin?
Maybe go fully special too and use Earth Power instead of Stone Edge? It still hits Ninetales and Arcanine SE, and can keep Raikou from setting up Subs.
Rock Polish Torterra is good, but it's walled by many grassers, like Shaymin, Meganium, and Leafeon. IIRC my Torterra only managed 30% to Leafeon. Weezing is a pain too.
I find the lack of Blaziken odd. Wasn't it being hyped about before the test started? CB Blaziken has a 60% chance of 2HKOing Max/Max Slowbro with ThunderPunch, probably the best switch in to both of its STAB moves. And it has a decent amount of opportunities to switch in, such as on Registeel, Spiritomb, and Chansey.
Blaziken was used alot in the beggining of the test, but i guess poeple have figured it out; it is pretty one-dimensional
I feel that the new UU is quitedominated by BLs. Just look at Choice Band Azumarril With 600 something atk and Spritomb with super defences, outclassing many UUs.
Considering that most old BLs never got much play at all (Blaziken, Houndoom, Entei, Regis, ...), it's due time that they got more play. It's a bit disheartening that the old UUs don't see much play anymore but there are still a few remaining old UUs getting some play time (Nidoqueen, Miltank, Steelix, Froslass, Drapion, Claydol, Hitmontop). It's a whole new ball game. Old BLs definitely make up most of the usage though.
My god. I said OLD BL. 'OLD' as in back in the day. History. Past. Before. I merely stated that the Pokemon in the previous BL tier make up most of the current UU. I didn't rant about bringing back the old BL. I didn't protest for a rampant reversal of the tier system to the way it was before. I didn't say that the old BL Pokemon are destroying the old UU. In fact, I was happy that those Pokemon are used more now, since they didn't get much playtime before. Is mentioning old BL suddenly taboo? Then please reprimand everyone else who uses that wretched term. Please get that out of your system.

Back to business, I haven't faced a decent Baton Pass team yet. With the introduction of Smeargle, I would expect more BP teams. Probably the mass usage of Toxic Spikes made BP a mostly futile endeavor in UU. The only Poison BPers are Venomoth and Ariados, but its hard to find a space for them.
Venomoth can only pass Agility and Substitute and use Sleep Powder. With the exception of offensive power, Lopunny generally outclasses Venomoth in Agility pass due to Klutz, Magic Coat, and beefier defenses. Anything can pass Substitute. Smeargle has Spore, so why use Sleep Powder? Venomoth can cause some serious havoc with boosted Bug Buzzes though.
Ariados is one risky bug. Spider Web pass can win the whole game but it's much harder to accomplish than it looks. Agility and Substitute passing goes the same as Venomoth. Insomnia's a definite plus, but hopefully a Substitute would be up anyway.
Don't forget about the bugs' wonderful 4x resistances to Fighting and Grass.

hail stall is broken lol glalie + walrein + knock off + toxic spikes + torkoal is so amazing. basically, i burn anything that floats with torkoal (this includes honchkrow or weezing) then i knock off items if anything has leftovers so hail deals some damage. glalie and walrein then both abuse ice body and just keep healing until the opponent dies to toxic + hail or burn + hail.

At first i said don't use broken shit, noob but then KD explained me about it, and it's so damnhard broken, even if you outpredict the opponent the whole time, even if your opponent is a noob, he still has a 100% chance to win.
also 220 HP gives walrein perfect subs which you might have not known. this means that he will literally last forever, at least until his subs / protects / blizzards / roars run out.

now i dont care if my opponent was good or bad and frankly it doesnt matter. mind can attest that no matter how much skill level the opponent might have, hail teams in NEW UU require almost no thought or prediction and are so easy to set up. and once they are set up correctly (and to do this, you just need an inkling of prediction / skill), its game.
i realize it sounds funny saying "ban abomasnow and snover" but right now this is almost unbeatable in the hands of a good player.

i realize it sounds funny saying "ban abomasnow and snover" but right now this is almost unbeatable in the hands of a good player.
I agree that in a case like yours when your opponents team is incredibly vurneable to TS and give Wallrein opportunity to set up it's quite deadly.
However using hail also gives you an incredibly difficult time against 'layer' teams who set up all layers in combination with Sleeptalktomb.
I'm certain that hail will prove a lot better in this tier then it did in OU however i fail to see it's brokeness.

sleep talk tomb can almost never get past the repeated onslaught of specs abomasnow and if it has 3-4 cms (it should never have them though) i can just roar away with walrein. torkoal can rapid spin dont forget, if too many layers come up and he is a great counter to heavy hitters with that high base defense and burning moves.

However sleeptalktomb only comes in once some layers have been down already and you sending in a rapid spinner. So mostly it already has SR down.
This means that your torkoal will receive heavy damage from SR and once you switch out to Aboma/Wallrein they will do as well.
You can prevent it once maybe even twice but in the end both Abomasnow and Torkoal will die because of lack of recovery and SR damage.
EDIT: Mind please don't get ridiculous, 20 guys with rating of 2000 omg besides a 15 win streak is easy to get before you are in top 50

Im not rediculous, KD had a 20 win streak, and lost due hax, if they all copy his team, then they'd get easily 1800.
its not the win streak thats impressive mien, its the fact that it takes absolutely no prediction at all to use a hail team in new uu. all you need to do is know how to deal with leads and once you deal with their lead you go from there and pretty much win.

My teams (so far) have not had massive problems with hail generally, but StallRien on its own is near impossible to stop (maybe I am not prepared for it, but still..). The best way I have found is to bring in my Hippotas on a predicted protect and play from there, but it risks a Surf/Blizzard so can't reliably block Rien.
Other hail Pokemon like Glaceon and 'snow can be walled or blocked by a decent number of Pokemon (Chancey, Regice, Registeel for Glaceon and things like Moltres for 'snow) so I have not found them to difficult to deal with.
Also Specs Kou is a very cool surprise for most of its normal counters, and ScarfEspy is finally viable!
