Pretty basic lure, tapu fini switches into heatran, takes rocks/magma chip and then dies to z, whilst not being able to scout for it due to magma trap. Timid does a bit less but probably should still kill after magma and comes with actually outspeeding fini.

When i saw Grassium tran being suggested, i knew i had to talk about steelium Steel Beam Heatran, because i personally really prefer Steelium.
Steelium is very easily one of the strongest nukes in the tier, and of course almost entierly annihilate Tapu Fini:
252+ SpA Heatran Corkscrew Crash (200 BP) vs. 252 HP / 64 SpD Tapu Fini: 271-321 (78.7 - 93.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
It quite literally hits everything that Grassium hits, except Gastrodon (both of which u could either abuse with teammates or just toxic), Slowking (which is kind of a fake check anyway - and pursuit trappable) and Mega-Swampert (which takes ton of damages from the Z move still, and has no form of recovery - 252+ SpA Heatran Corkscrew Crash (200 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Swampert-Mega: 165-195 (48.3 - 57.1%) -- 91.8% chance to 2HKO ).
It just completly deal ridiculous damages to anything that doesn't resist it (often scoring the OHKO), notably other common Heatran switch ins that Grassium doesn't really hit, such as Garchomp, Kommo-O, or Mega-Latios.

This Kommo-o, usually run alongside a Pokemon like Ash-Greninja, runs Swords Dance in order to act as better muscle against Pokemon like Corviknight, Clefable, and our lovely victim, Tapu Fini. With Rocks up (a common occurrence given that this Tapu Fini is Defog), +2 Poison Jab has a 50% chance to OHKO. Because any Tapu Fini below 10% is going to be a liability, this set doesn’t really need Poisonium Z, and can continue to threaten the team with Clangorous Soulblaze should Fini fall to Poison Jab. As mentioned before, this Kommo-o has utility outside of the Fini MU, as it hits Clefable, Mega Mawile, and Corviknight much harder while retaining defensive utility against Ash-Greninja, Heatran, Rillaboom, and non-Psychic Volcarona.

Most people assume specs ash gren and it is the superior set in most scenarios, but easily checking both pex and fini which would other wise wall specs ash gren is no easy feat. With rocks/spikes up it is close to a guaranteed ohko.

Normally Tapu Fini is one of the best Ash Gren counters there is, but with Gunk Shot, a Hasty Nature, and 4 Atk EVs, you have a good chance to just 2HKO it after Rocks. Protean is probably better at ensuring the 2HKO but with this you can get the power of Ash Gren while still having the ability to lure in and beat Fini

Normally, Hydreigon absolutely hates Tapu Fini, as its standard Z-Earth Power set can't OHKO Fini even at +2 before Fini outright removes thanks to its Fairy STAB. However, this set completely flips that matchup, as Z-Belch obliterates Tapu Fini with little chip damage required (usually all you need is rocks + 1 unboosted DPulse to negate Leftovers bringing Tapu Fini out of guaranteed OHKO range), which helps to pave the way for threats like Quiver Dance Volcarona and Specs Ash-Greninja to sweep. This set also has the amazing quality of allowing you to utterly dominate Clefable, as even the Calm spread (for taking +2 Tectonic Rage from Hydreigon) is killed by unboosted DPulse into unboosted Acid Downpour even when factoring in Leftovers (if you really wanna lure Clefable, regardless if it's Unaware on stall or Magic Guard on Balance/BO, don't click NP. Always click DPulse and then either pivot out in order to sell your opponent the idea that your Hydreigon is helpless, or click the Z-move when you think you've fooled them). Meanwhile, this set still maintains its decent matchup against defensive teams thanks to Dark Pulse having decent neutral coverage. While your matchup against Heatran and Ash-Gren is a bit worse due to the lack of Earth Power to hit them after you've used Z-Belch, Hydreigon still has decent resistances to their STABs along with Roost and you're typically pairing Hydreigon with other checks to them anyways (at least in Ash-Gren's case).

Buzzwole likes having coverage because of how strong it is, but lures in fairies that can take a hit or two and strike back. Throwing poison jab on Buzzwole makes him threatening to new targets like Clefable, M-Gard, the Tapu's, and the occasional Hatterene or Azu. This set is all out attacking, and non-choiced because it doesn't need the extra choice-locked power to KO or outspeed fini, or likewise fairies, so that it can threaten other switch-ins like lando-t, dragonite, toxapex, or victini.

and if it's doing this much damage to fini, you know its a threat to the other fairies​

One of Weavile's few checks is Tapu Fini being resistant to both of Weavile's STABS and not even being close to fainting from them. But poison jab can make it so that Weavile can knock out tapu fini in one hit while letting Weavile also able to knock out clefable in two hits but it is usually more reliable than triple axel.

Tapu Fini is often tasked with taking on Toxapex as it is immune to burns from Scald, as well as Toxic due to Misty Terrain. Equipping Pex with Gunk Shot and a Z Crystal allows you to punish this, chipping it heavily and possibly outright KOing it with minor chip which isn't particularly difficult to achieve due to Fini's lack of non Leftovers recovery. A Z Crystal also provides your team with a knock absorber and protects Pex from being tricked with any crippling choice items.

A little self-explanatory, Bulk Up on the Fini switch and then click Gigavolt Havoc to delete it. This set also deals with some of the other bulky Water-types that would otherwise be relatively reliable walls to Urshifu-Rapid-Strike/wet bear such as the Slow twins and Toxapex. Pelipper/Gyarados base/Mantine to some extent too.

Needs a little bit of good play as a BU would definitely raise an eyebrow from the Fini player, but still, Fini is definitely one of those mons that would usually feel comfortable coming into wet bear, and to be able to delete it in 2 turns is nice as it could pave the way for it to sweep the rest of the team if the opponent is not careful.
