Hey mate, I would like to point out some things you can improve on your team.

First of all, Togekiss is not available at Scarlet & Violet, unfortunately.

Your team looks really vulnerable to hazards, so I would change Excadrill's set to something like this:

Excadrill @ Leftovers
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Tera Type: Dragon
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rapid Spin

After that, we need to replace Togekiss, and I see Galarian Slowking as a good option here, since you can now pivot and spread status, while surviving a lot of special hits with a 110 Sp. Def status. Here is the set I would use:

Slowking-Galar @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 16 Def / 240 SpD
IVs: 0 Spe
Tera Type: Water
Sassy Nature
- Future Sight
- Chilly Reception
- Sludge Bomb
- Thunder Wave

Apart from that, you should change Dragapult's last move slot to Sucker Punch, since in most scenarios, it's not recommended to pair Protect with any Choice item (Scarf, Specs and Band).

Last but not least, I would make small changes on Incineroar and Amoonguss sets, on Incineroar I would switch his held item to Heavy-Duty Boots and change Snarl for Will-o-wisp, to nerf the threats of Kingambit, Dragonite and other good physical attackers (And to let you use Parting Shot). After that, I would change Amoonguss's move Rage Powder for Sludge Bomb.

Hope u have fun using the team.
