Most popular pokemon w/Emerald moves

After buying a new Emerald recently I started wondering what pokemon are most commenly looked for with move tutors. So far I know T-punch Metang/gross, fire punch charizard, Blissey (EE has an awesome one so im not even trying...), elemtal punch gallade. So after I beat emerald what should I start breeding for first?

EDIT: so I guess what im asking is what does smogon want from emerald move tutors.

Anti was kind enough to give me a big list of really common pokemon that need tutors.

ampiom learns it, already have a lot of those feras and smogon has a lot too, im working on a clefariy already for softboiled, and EE already has a marowak. Though i could make a TR Marowak.

The most popular Emerald pokémon, I believe, is Clefable and all its moveset variations.

Getting a good one with Magic Guard is really hard.

Also, Dragonite learns Punches on level up and Clefable also needs Seismic Toss, Counter and Double Edge (FR/LG).
 
I just noticed Mewtwo learns selfdestruct trough XD move tutor, and mine is hasty with 29/27/29 (or something check my post at the "look at what i bred" thread) ATK/Sp.atk/Spd

So would selfdestrcut mewtwo with like a mixset work? i mean it does have a base 110 atk and a neutral atk nature... ill see.

oh that reminds me I have an "overall good" (no 31 ivs but high in all) softboiled magic guard clefable that I wanted to put in my thread sometime :pimp:

Do people know any good Bl and below options?

Nidoking as mentioned above is one i would love to breed since i just love its sexy low stats for suprise sweeps.
 
I have a good Nidoking in my thread and plan to make all my stuff redistributable one of these days... so you may be in luck

i would love an adamant ice punch swampert.

that would really just be awesome, no one expects a CBer and ice punch swampert is something NO ONE has right now.
 
Well Gallade falls under BL, but I wouldn't recommend that seeing as I have a 31/30/31/x/30/31 Double Puncher that I will eventually put up for trade. *Shameless plug*

But seriously, triple punch Kanga would be cool.
 
not to mention EE's bliss that has counter and seismic toss. aromatheropy too. I really love kangaskhan too. I might use it with a reset from XD so that it has sing =P
