Most Generation PRNG Help / Information

No, that's not right. You should read my noob guide on Pikatimer and you should also read anything that will help you understand delays, because the delays change for every catch, therefore Pikatimer is rarely +50 for the wanted delay.
Thanks!
But, in your guide:
Wanted delay should be higher than your calibrated. In fact, you’ll have a better chance to hit a seed which has a delay a good fifty points higher than your calibrated delay.
But how do you tell how much higher?

You don't need to change the target delay at all, or where it asks for your average delay. He's saying that you should choose a spread that is 50+ in delay so that PikaTimer can be effective.

I'm not sure what you mean. Sorry.

My usual delay on HG is 493, so I always choose seeds that have delays 50 more and higher than 493 so that I'm not tapping the A button like a mad idiot trying to get into the game before pikatimer runs to the end of the timer.

Is it me, or it's a coincidence that every time I hit the right delay, I'm always 1 frame up, but when I hit the wrong delay, I always get the right frame.

Am I doing something wrong or it's just the NPC don't want me to get a flawless Riolu?

That's actually how I'm faring right now with my HP Ice Gastly. Except I've barely been hitting my delay because it keeps rising :/

Well I've been hitting my delay most of the time but when I do, it's one frame over. Can somebody help me or should I do the whole process all over because the NPCs are really pissing me off.

If your frame is rising because of the NPCs, just re-save so that they don't move right after you start the game up.
Edit: After you do that, you'll have to calibrate again to see what frame you've saved on, but it'll save you a lot of headaches.

Yes, just put a random TID/SID combo in the Shiny Egg finder and you find one with the Nature, Gender and Ability you want.

I tried that the first time but they still keep one moving! I'll attempt at doing this when I think I'm ready. 3 days is enough for me.

What he's saying is to tell the ShinyFinder to look for a specific nature\gender\ability, but for an ID\SID that's NOT yours. This way the ShinyFinder will look for eggs that don't hatch shiny on your game.

Thanks for explaining it to me. I wanted to take a screen shot of it and then put it up here to make it easier to understand for everyone who might be asking this question, but I have no clue how to do that and you summed up what I was trying to say very well.
