Member Card now available to Platinum owners via Mystery Gift

LGY was aware of this. They were just wondering why Nintendo made D/P unable to take part in the event. The reason is probably as Naxte said, to promote Platinum.

And guys don't even consider keeping a Darkrai unless it has flawless speed.

I don't think there's much else to talk about though but I'll leave this thread open another day or so to serve as a reminder - everybody be sure to pick up their Members Card before September 13th!

Actually, he'll be available whenever as long as you get the Member's Card before the event expires.

I just updated the main page news with this event, so you (as in: other Stark mods) can lock this thread if you feel like it.

If my information is at all incorrect, badgeholders can feel free to edit it themselves on the SCMS, and non-badgeholders can - and should - PM me about it so I can rectify any mistakes!
 
Quick question. I just got the mystery event, picked it up at the PokeMart.. and now what.. do I need to get the nat dex before being able to go get darkrai? or what.
 
How do you get the mystery gift? I know it's a stupid question, but I've never done anything like this before.

And once you get the mystery gift, what do you do with it?

Got my darkrai yesterday in the morning, a hasty one. It was for my pokedex though, i didn't had that pokemon in platinum.

Only Oak's letter left :)
 
I have a Naive Ralts with Synchronize. Would Naive be a good nature to use?

I know he's frail by UBER standards so is the SpDef drop really a detriment considering he gets + Speed in return?

Well, I HAVE been using the broken RNG :P. That's the best I could get with Shiny. All other options were at really high frames, which I don't have the patience for. But I will keep it. Thanks!

I suggest that you only use that nature if you are running a mixed set. If that is not the case, you should get yourself a Timid Synchronize pokemon.
